This Dunkin shop has the best customer service. Compared to other Dunkin shops. We don't have to repeat orders again and again like other Dunkin outlets. They are very friendly and helpful as well.

They serve old food. We ordered 2 muffins which were HARD AS A ROCK. They weren't just crunchy or overbaked. They were stale and old. This isn't the first time. Will not be giving them another chance.

Don't ever order online, they made me wait an hour because they refused to cancel an order they couldn't fulfill, if they do send you something it won't be what you order. I don't even understand why they're open. The people working there better own the place otherwise they need to get a worker who cares even a drop.
If you want your drinks made right, this is definitely the place to come. That blue raspberry drink is always made right.

Their drinks are as inconsistent as people on dating apps. Never know if I’m going to get coffee, water, pound or sugar, cup of milk. It’s like they have no measurements. The workers also don’t know the difference between liquid cane sugar or regular sugar packets. On 2 occasions an employee stole my card information and had to sue the store. The owner cursed me out and hung up on me saying I lied…. Guess that’s why the judge found the employee guilty and corporate had to pay a hefty chunk of money.
