Worst customer service is Evening shift those two young at night are the worst the store close at 10pm if you get there 9:30 -940 they won't serve you with no sign on the door and door open they tell you they are close .With attitude too.

This Dunkin shop has the best customer service. Compared to other Dunkin shops. We don't have to repeat orders again and again like other Dunkin outlets. They are very friendly and helpful as well.

They serve old food. We ordered 2 muffins which were HARD AS A ROCK. They weren't just crunchy or overbaked. They were stale and old. This isn't the first time. Will not be giving them another chance.

Don't ever order online, they made me wait an hour because they refused to cancel an order they couldn't fulfill, if they do send you something it won't be what you order. I don't even understand why they're open. The people working there better own the place otherwise they need to get a worker who cares even a drop.
