Had no doughnuts left. Walked in, no one was in the front. Then a guy at the front came out and was laughing. There was another employee in the back with him and I asked about the donught and he tried to make a funny comment as if to impress her. Super weird, not sure what was going on in the back. Ew

This morning, my wife stopped by to get donuts for our class since it was the last day of classes. The staff was busy since everyone wanted coffee, donuts, and their morning drink. But the staff did a great job to get my wife, her donuts, and everyone else their stuff. Bravo, bravo. The staff was awesome.

When you pay with cash they always charge you much more or they don't give you your full change. This has happened to me 3 times. Do they all do the same thing or is it just one cashier?

I want to highlight Allyson and Khuram work ethic. This new Dunkin is the cleanest, fastest, most efficient Dunkin I have ever been at in my life. The environment provided by these 2 really made all the difference. Allyson legit made my day. Her smile is contagious, i saw her serve about 5 customers in a row with nothing but a pleasant smile and helpful demeanor. I literally had to approach her and let her know what a great job she was doing. It’s so hard to find a decent environment to work in, and I found it within their service. They made the coffees so fast and perfect, Allyson was cleaning the whole place (even tho it’s already glistening). She went above and beyond into making my experience a great one while I worked at the charging station. This is my new favorite Dunkin because of them. The first day they opened Khuram and another server were nothing but welcoming to the new joint. Nothing but pleasant experiences, great service, even better coffee, and a clean environment because of Allyson and Khuram. I’ll be back for more just for them. 10/10 experience.
