Trying my best to be positive and their kind and all but I dont think it takes 10 minutes to put a donut in a bag. Their hard spot is donuts, so if you ever order donuts try to let someone know your waiting on a donut if it takes more then a minute. ALSO THEY DIDNT PUT A NAPKIN IN MY DONUT BAG.

The best coffee to wake you up in the morning. Drive thru is clutch and ordering ahead is key. I just wish the drive through was just for people who ordered already on the app. But it's all good.

Horrible service not to mention disrespectful I was handed a chi pumpkin latte instead of a signature pumpkin latte and was told it was the same thing never again will I come here
i get got there at 9:30 and the door were already locked , maybe change the time or make sure your employees stay open until the proper time

Never spend your money in a business that has an "Employees Only" sign on their bathroom door. When customers, especially women & children, are not allowed to relieve themselves in a dignified manner, then spend your money somewhere else. There are plenty of other coffee places in Staten Island.
