I walked in and asked for 2 frozen coffees and they straight up told me that they don't do that there. I said you don't do frozen coffees? Look at their menu and it says frozen coffee. If you don't want to do your job, find a different one.

Too much expensive , the first time and the last time in this store

Just had a bad experience in here. The owner needs to be aware of the caliber of people he has working. I ordered a dozen donuts and a tea with milk and sugar on the side. When I went to collect my tea I saw the milk on the side but no sugar so I said I need the sugar also. He responded it's in there already. I said I asked you for it on the side. He said I didn't when I absolutely did. He is a young thin Indian guy who was strangely very smily the whole time. So I said please I did tell you. Can you give me another one and he said no. I couldn't believe that he said no. What is it a 10 cent cup of tea? I said it was your mistake and he still refused. I asked him how much sugar was in there and he said 3. I told him I will never buy anything here again. Clearly he didn't care. I have been shopping at this Dunkin for many years. I shop at stop n shop. He was rude and a liar. The tea which wasn't for me went in the trash because it was way too sweet.

Great Dunkin Donuts! I appreciate the location bc when I am done food shopping, I need coffee and chocolate frosted donuts! Service is consistently good, nice staff.

It's better to stay away from this dunkin. I have placed a mobile order that I place almost every day and I know how my coffee should taste. But they made it terribly tasteless and extremely sweet. Also, my mobile order had a position that they did not have in the store and they did not give me a refund. I just threw $9 in the trash

Hey everyone please be mindful if your using Uber, DoorDash or any other food delivery service with this dunkin. They do not follow any food restrictions you may have or dietary restrictions. I ordered a non caffeinated tea and they gave me a black tea which is caffeinated. Keep in mind I ordered chamomile tea, as the person who I was getting this for CANNOT have caffeine under no circumstances. If they were out they could’ve easily communicated with the delivery person who could’ve contacted me and perhaps given me another option on another non caffeinated tea. But no, they gave me a tea with the name BOLD in it. Chamomile is a calming tea what made you think it was okay to go from chamomile tea to BOLD tea. Your playing with peoples lives… it’s sad because I always vouch for this location but I’m starting to understand why it’s always empty when I go in..
