It's better to stay away from this dunkin. I have placed a mobile order that I place almost every day and I know how my coffee should taste. But they made it terribly tasteless and extremely sweet. Also, my mobile order had a position that they did not have in the store and they did not give me a refund. I just threw $9 in the trash

Hey everyone please be mindful if your using Uber, DoorDash or any other food delivery service with this dunkin. They do not follow any food restrictions you may have or dietary restrictions. I ordered a non caffeinated tea and they gave me a black tea which is caffeinated. Keep in mind I ordered chamomile tea, as the person who I was getting this for CANNOT have caffeine under no circumstances. If they were out they could’ve easily communicated with the delivery person who could’ve contacted me and perhaps given me another option on another non caffeinated tea. But no, they gave me a tea with the name BOLD in it. Chamomile is a calming tea what made you think it was okay to go from chamomile tea to BOLD tea. Your playing with peoples lives… it’s sad because I always vouch for this location but I’m starting to understand why it’s always empty when I go in..

After a walk over the Bayonne Bridge, I was exhausted, I was hungry, and I was thirsty. I decided to get an everything bagel with cream cheese and some water. The staff was friendly, but I did get charged for tapwater with ice. I enjoyed my bagel. This Dunkin’ Donuts was located within an outdoor strip mall with plenty of parking.

It's incredible that the manager is talking on the phone when there are a lot of people waiting for the order and he's just laughing with his employee. Every morning I pick up my order for my workers and I always have to see how he doesn't mind giving a good service to people ??????? the company should investigate so they know what is happening in that Dunkin
