Placed a mobile order to pick up in the drive-through. I normally go to a different location but I had my two daughters with me so a drive through was more convenient. My drink didn’t taste right at all, my breakfast wrap was gross and they substituted my pumpkin muffin with a corn muffin without telling me. Waste of my money.

It gets packed.i was here last weekend. To get a donut, they didn't have any. There also have a Basking Robin's as well. I ordered 4 ice creams cones, which was okay. It was just the noise level was so loud..

Really bad service I’m waiting to order and the staff is talking to each other making jokes they looking at you but ignoring you smh the person in back of me walked out I still was waiting for a minute so decided to walk out too they still looked at me and didn’t even bother to say miss come back worst Dunkin’ Donuts I ever been in I will never go there again

If you are ordering latte made with oat or almond milk make sure you are observing when it is made. They are mixing the latte with regular milk. On 3 separate occasions, I ordered ahead and enter the facility in time to observe the employee adding half milk to the latte. The first time the manager indicated it was employee error, the second time I was gaslit the third time an apology. Please be aware for your own safety if allergic to milk.

It's a Dunkin. Not much else to say. There's a drive-thru which is nice, and the service has been quick every time I've come here. Food and beverage quality is your typical Dunkin, nothing exceptional just exactly what you expect from a Dunkin.

Complaint about DunkinGood afternoonI am writing this email because I am very upset at what occurred on this day 04/06/2024 at a Dunkin location 2222 Forest ave Staten Island, NY, 10303.Around 3pm, my mother went into Dunkin to order coffee. The workers do not know customer service except a few and the manager on duty was very rude to my mother when she expressed that the worker did it wrong. She was specific on how she wanted her coffee and the workers there mixed two types of dairy instead of making a brand new one.They didn’t give my mother a refund for her coffee cause she walked out so upset with the manager and workers.Someone either needs to get fired or talked to because this always happened when we go in there. Is it disorganized and disrespectful.

This dunkin is very unorganized. I walked in for a hot coffee that took over 10 minutes to make. The staff clearly isn't trained on efficiency. I walked in and was the only person in line while others walked in behind me some to order others mobile. All had to wait. Lady behind me got her mixed drinks before I got my single hot coffee. Not worth coming here.
