This is only getting a two star because whoever works the night shift is a god, idk why but no matter what shift of the day, specifically the afternoon and later staff are HORRIBLE.
They serve the drive thru before in store customers, the coffee is watered down disgusting never made right. Paid an extra dollar for an add on, didn’t even give it to me. I will order on the app and still run late to wherever I’m going bc it took 30 mins for two coffees and two sandwiches???
They’re all rude unprofessional, besides maybe one or two workers. As I said if you’re coming during the overnight shift the gentlemen that work there actually make the food right as well as the coffee.
Any other time of day it’s 0 stars all around. My mother is rolling in her grave for real.
Either come during the overnight shift, or drive up forest 4 mins, or hop on that 48 cause the Dunkin next to the nail salon and Chinese spot by the ShopRite is INFINITELY better. If they’re closed and it’s late then the drive thru at this location is a good alternative.

The two young gentlemen that took and made my order Are Rock Stars and ALL Employees should BeHave the way those too did the day I visited at 3: 30 in the afternoon... I could only tip them a couple dollars each butts I wish it could have been $100... Btw way they left such an impression on me it's been like two weeks ago and I'm still leaving a thank you sorry it took so long

I come here at 8-8:30 and the doors are always locked. Why have a sign with store hours that say you close at 10 and you never do. People with no cars have to wait in line at the drive through when it's cold or hot outside. It's not fair

Drive through staff were rude, and sarcastic because I asked for a bag and napkin for my food purchase. And a long delay waiting for my coffee, so turned off that I was afraid to eat or drink it and threw it in the trash untouched. Terrible attitude and big lack of polite customer service.

Placed an order on the app for 2 drinks and a wake-up wrap. Pulled right up to the drive-thru, waited a little longer than expected to say we had a mobile order. My pittie was looking out the window when we pulled up, and the guy asked if we wanted a pup cup 🥰 My girl loves them! It was a great surprise.
