These people are very inexperienced. They don't know how to talk to someone and how to behave. They lack basic etiquette especially the manager Jakia. She is so unprofessional.

Service was poorly done. I told her the 1st sandwich and she walked away to make it before completing my order. So I spoke up while she walked away telling her I wanted another sandwich. I wanted a coffee but after walking away without completing my order. I didn't care to spend anymore money there. As I'm paying with my card, she was just holding my bag like she's waiting to see if my card was going to decline. I like dunkin but these franchise people from other country needs to learn customer service

I waited after so many poor experiences to finally write a one star review this place is terrible. The workers are literally incompetent and cannot read letters on the screen. They are unfriendly unprofessional and they clearly hire incapable people

Iām a paying customer, and every time I visit this Dunkinā, Iām told the bathroom is āout of order.ā But thereās no actual āOut of Serviceā signājust a verbal excuse from the employees. The bathroom is clearly functional (Iāve used it before), and it all depends on whoās in charge during the shift. It feels like they just donāt want to clean it or let customers use it. This has happened at multiple Dunkinā locations across Staten Island, so it seems to be a pattern. Using āout of orderā as an excuse is lazy and unprofessional. If youāre serving the public, at the very least, offer a clean, accessible bathroom for paying customers. Do better.

Where is the manager? Life is too hard to have your basic coffee purchase ruined by lazy employees. I shouldn't have to beg for a decent drink Im paying 6$ for. Its 2025 you serve milk in a cup with barely any coffee? You serve milk in a cup with no matcha mix its so light it looks gray? I asked the lady working can you please add a extra scoop of matcha they charged me and it still was gray I had to ask AGAIN. They donāt even look at you when you talk to them. I worked in fast food for years never did I act this way. These workers are very lazy. Zero respect.

They're friendly and fast. When this first opened 20+ years ago it had seating.

This is the worst Dunkinā Donuts I have ever been to every single time. Iāve tried to go over the years. Itās never right. Today was the second day in a row. I ordered a Dunkin latte which everyone knows comes with coffee milk both days get in my car and taste it and then realize itās wrong. I look at the label and it says espresso and oat milk, so just a regular latte not the right one. Not sure what the problem is with this place but for the location itās in and how busy it can be. Someone needs to fix it.
