This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to every single time. I’ve tried to go over the years. It’s never right. Today was the second day in a row. I ordered a Dunkin latte which everyone knows comes with coffee milk both days get in my car and taste it and then realize it’s wrong. I look at the label and it says espresso and oat milk, so just a regular latte not the right one. Not sure what the problem is with this place but for the location it’s in and how busy it can be. Someone needs to fix it.

The employees could not have been more rude. They didn’t even look up while taking my order, which took forever. When I received my breakfast sandwich, I found a hair and a piece of parchment paper inside.

Honestly, I don't recommend it, the service is terrible. I asked for a croissant and they didn't give it to me. They were more attentive to those who asked for more things and mine never came out. I waited 40 minutes and they didn't give it to me. I had to leave and leave that place there. In that Dunkin they make less customers I feel devastated by this incident I do not recommend it and I do not recommend it

Staff needs proper training .My order was half full. Medium Cappuccino with Oat milk & no sugar. It was half filled and half foam. Barely tasted the cappuccino it was mostly oat milk. I basically was served half a cup of oat milk with half foam.
