Staff needs proper training .My order was half full. Medium Cappuccino with Oat milk & no sugar. It was half filled and half foam. Barely tasted the cappuccino it was mostly oat milk. I basically was served half a cup of oat milk with half foam.

Today at 4:11 pmThursday, September 14, 2023, you gotta very nasty extremely rude employee, shouting out loud to the customers in a very nasty attitude . I believe she’s Pakistani with a hijab ? constantly, screaming, shouting out loud to all their customers we will usually always come here and order but when she’s there, we walk right out the door today. She got nasty to one of the customers and screamed out loud and said you don’t know how to speak English yelling very nasty, and made us cancel the whole order , because of her nasty attitude I don’t recommend nobody anymore to come here and pick up their breakfast or coffee or dessert , she’s nasty with her customers. She’s so annoyed that she needs to serve them, and she don’t like to give any respect to them. This employee she can’t even speak English properly Or understand her customers and she screams out loud. Excuse me, do you speak English .

This place seems to always get my order wrong. Regardless of how I relay it. This location needs some serious quality control, they're ruining the Dunkin Donuts brand. I come here in extreme emergencies only.

attitudes of the staffs are indifferent, you can't use any deal at this store from the APP when they scan it, nothing shows up, even if you show them from your phone, they aren't gonna let you use it when it's their problem not yours.

This location has TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I had a Mobile order from a Dunkin on Forest Ave. because I was running errands on that side of the Island. When I realized that I received the wrong doughnuts, I thought maybe this location on Clove and Victory can exchange them for me bc it’s down the block from my home and instead of me going back to Forest. I go in, and there’s one person ahead of me. He gets his order and leaves. After 7 minutes, I tell them it’s pumpkin and she looks in the bag and says it’s blueberry. OKAY SO!!!! It’s still wrong. Can you please swoop them bc the other location is too far for me. She annoyingly and rudely says no. Ma’am it’s a doughnut!!! Which they end up throwing away at the end of the day anyway. They weren’t running low and it was an entire tray! Plus I have witnessed someone asking for a favor like that in the summer of 2021 DURING COVID! So there’s no reason they couldn’t have just been helpful. I ended up having to drive to the original location and they happily exchanged it without issue. I was in and out. It’s about courtesy. They didn’t want to serve me from the beginning since they ignored me for 7 minutes. They don’t have to worry about me every walking through those doors again.
