The service absolutely sucks!! Today at 10am the had to be 20 people waiting because half the team was M.I.A...waited 15min for a coffee, no food just a coffee. Then it was wrong and the counter guy tried to argue with me. Lol...Will not be back..

I order the same thing every morning. 6$ meal deal sub the American cheese for white cheddar a hot coffee and hashbrowns with a tea on the side. Since they’ve hired the new staff at this location, I have gotten coffee instead of tea multiple times with the tea label on the cup. I have not gotten the correct cheese, even though it’s specified on both my order and the bag that it comes in. This is now the second time this has happened and I’m not understanding why they can’t read the labels or do what I asked. If I wanted a dealer choice of food I wouldn’t put in my very specific order. However, they did decorate nicely for the holiday season.

I’m not sure if they switched out staff but when I go in the afternoon the men on staff have the place so dirty, they are always too busy talking to each other instead of making orders. Feels like children left unsupervised.

The short male cashier, I don’t know if he is the manager because he has a very bad attitude. He comes to work with a face and attitude that looks like he hates the whole world, as if everyone is his enemy or owns him 5 million dollars.

Don’t know who this girl is that is constantly giving my mother a hard time getting my order right I unfortunately have to constantly enter work early if not I would have gotten my order my self . Please if a customer tells you for what ever reason they will like to exchange their order for example let’s say making someone’s coffee and then smelling it definitely wouldn’t want someone elses nose all up in my coffee . There’s no reason to be rude to your elders because your job is to give excellent service to your customers all I ask is for the pettiness to stop towards anyone if they have tried to correct you before . But the next time this happens I will be the one to get my orders and not my mother . It is just simply disgustingly rude . This is the only dunkin near my work place please do better
