The employees are very good at following instructions, they made my matcha drink perfectly and the sandwich was also pretty good. The service was fast, though all of the tables were dirty so I did not stay. Overall good experience, cleanliness can be better.

Coffee was good and was done before i paid for my order. Food service was very sloooooooow, 20 minutes for an egg and cheese wrap smh. 4 employees behind the counter 1 person on line in front of me.

This is by far my favorite Dunkin on the island. Fatima, Egor and Anna are the best!! They handle my orders with great care, they are extremely pleasant people and a joy to be around. Even when there's an issue (because nobody's perfect) they go above and beyond to make it right.
