Disrespectful staff. Locks the doors because of school kids. Not my problem. I ordered a drink I want my drink. I don't want to stand in the DRIVE THRU. A elderly person is most likely going to sue you.

Never fully stocked. Went there at 7:00 PM on a Friday night. They had no munchkins. It happened to be a customer reward day. Free donut with drink purchase. I asked about an ice cream flavor was just curious what was in it. I was told, we don't have that ordered a medium hot coffee with milk and sweet & low and 2 coffee rolls. It came to $8. I asked at the windows if I was supposed to get a free donut. I was told yes and then he laughed and said I don't have any. I pulled away and tasted the most disgusting coffee I ever had. I assume they must have put about 6 sweet & low packets in it. I stopped going there a while ago due to the service and should have stayed away

Drink is fine but the staff during the night take forever making drinks and keep forgetting toppings meant to be on drinks. It took them a bit to stop talking in order to make my drink.

This location regularly LOCKS THE DOORS to all ( but not all ) walk in customers in the middle of the day (as early as 12:30 pm). This is a unique practice they are exercising in this particular Dunkin donut franchise location, as I have frequented many Dunkin donut locations which are always open appropriately in accord with the listed hours of operation. This American cannot make a run on a locked Dunkin door in broad daylight.

Today, October 28, 2025 at 1:45 PM. I placed an order to the Dunkin' Donuts on 770 Forest Ave., Staten Island, NY 10310 and I placed an order pick up for inside. Once I got to the door, it was locked with a group of what looked like management sitting at a table so I tried the other door because it is 1:45 in the afternoon. I then knocked on the window to see how I can get my order because I do not have a car to go through drive-through. The manager told me to go up to the drive thru window to receive my order. This was incredibly dangerous because once I got up to the window, another car from the drive-through not knowing I was there came flying around the corner and nearly hit me. This is incredibly dangerous for any consumer of this Dunkin' Donuts location once I began to walk away with my order, another woman came up and said she needed to buy a cake. Then they proceeded to let her inside is my money not good for Dunkin' Donuts besides this woman's? Is my life supposed to be put at danger because I did a pick up order or is my life supposed to be put at danger because I didn't need a cake. This is ridiculous and unacceptable

Worst experience ever i love Dunkin every morning pretty much spend 30 to 50 $ and whenever comes to this location they always messed up my specially espresso drink order and never fixed and always said this coffee made always that way! Listen i am not getting coffee first time everyday i have same coffee i know how it’s look like but this location staff thinks no they are correct and on the top of that they don’t listen rolled eyes on customers never again i will go there was my 3rd and last time.

The place is fine but the cashier who served me was disrespectful, making fun of me even though I had already placed my order, which he didn't hear because he wasn't paying attention to me because he was talking to someone else. When I was repeating my order, he started laughing and making comments to the rest of the staff.
