Every time I come here they have nothing left. They do not replenish their food supply through out the day and it’s always completely bare. And they don’t even tell you, you have to approach them and tell them something is missing from your Mobile

Today, I ordered a cappuccino online and successfully placed an order. When I went to the store, they said they didn't have it, nor did they have a latte. They then casually exchanged it for a regular coffee and didn't refund the price. This store has placed an order successfully online more than once, but when I went to the store, I didn't have it. Why not change the online content

I asked for a matcha with less ice but they didn’t mix the powder properly so there was a lot in the bottom and I asked for less ice but more than the whole cup was just ice. The drink itself was good though.

Its a local Dunkin Donuts, you can't really sit inside.In the morning you're lucky if you leave with the right stuff, and it takes forever!

I was normally going to a different Dunkin' location, but I came to this nearby location when the other location refused to honor a teacher appreciation day promotion. I plan to make this my new go-to location. The staff at this location are so friendly and the coffee was well made. Also love that they support educators and promote good customer relations. The Woodrow location catches a lot of underserved grief from people who complain about having to wait for their coffee/food. (Which, sure, can be annoying sometimes, especially when we’re all waiting on our first cup of the day.) Although the Charleston location is much faster, typically, Woodrow is usually more consistent with quality. Workers are genuinely hustling as best as they can, and it’s not their fault that the lines tend to get long. Mobile ordering is usually a breeze, even if sometimes it does take a bit longer for coffee during the morning rush.
