Dunkin'

Used to love going here, but recently service seems to be going down. Ordered pickup and waited over an hour once there, only to find out they forgot something, waiting even longer. Then while eating a sandwich, found out they left the paper that usually comes from the individual cheese slices inside 🤦🏻‍♀️ so had a mouthful of that.

This location has to be the worst dunkin I’ve been too in my entire life, every single order i get is wrong and coffee taste like dirty water. Food is undercooked no one in that store cares

I always come here and it’s always a hit or miss. They never make the ice coffee the way someone asks for it. It’s either to dark or no flavor even though i ask for extra milk it’s still dark.

Came through the drive through and I was greeted by a worker named Chris he was extremely rude with no to little patience , very snarky and screamed at me through the speaker because he couldn’t understand what I was saying and messed up my order.

I just left from there & I got cold raw food don’t appreciate it because I pay for hot food. The two females were to busy talking to one another. I would like to get reimbursed for my order I couldn’t eat that

I have never gotten a single decent coffe from this location. They don’t put any pumps of flavour they just dump a bunch of sugar in the cup.

So, I came here for a coffee with a friend after a movie. Medium, Black, 2 Splenda. About halfway through I find the weird plastic?/flesh? item flowing into my mouth as I sip. Gross! Sketchy quality assurance. Not happy. Staff did apologize and offer me a free coffee. I passed on the free coffee. YMMV. Demoted to one-star for foreign matter in the food, added a star for staff being gracious about offering a free cup. They couldn't figure where it came from either so I passed on the free cuppa.

Place is a little sketchy. Went in to order medium sunrise which is currently on sale for $2 woman taking order states we ran out? How does DD run out of coffee? At same time I saw another server make almost what looked like same drink asked her what is that one pointing to it, she replied its iced coffee with mocha I asked what is difference? She replied sunrise is "stronger" coffee? Unless someone can give me a better answer I'm calling this place shady. If you don’t want to sell it at reduced price don't offer it at this location.

The service is good, there was only a girl w/curly hair, she was nice. The rest are like they don’t care about the customers.The dinks are horrible. I ate it because I was hungry. Next time I won’t buy there. I prefer to carry my own lunch!!!
