Completely botched my order and didn’t realize until I was in the car . I order a hazelnut bark iced coffee and a cookie butter latte , I received a brown sugar iced something not even sure and a peppermint mocha something
They donuts were good though but the coffee was way too sweet and all wrong

Conveniently placed, and easily accessible. Very quick, but not very personable. The bathroom is always closed. The sugar packets are behind the counter, and they are stingy when you ask for them. The food was decent and the coffee was great. 3/5 seems like a fair assessment.

The best Dunkin' Donuts on Staten Island. Maribeth is an exceptional leader. Her and her staff are amazing they are polite, welcoming and efficient. They know the regular customers and they go above and beyond with their customer service. I want to acknowledge this store for the hard work they do everyday. Can’t ever get my coffee right , closed the bathrooms . They say it’s not working . It’s been two years now ? A lady had a little girl and she really needed to use the bathroom immediately, they said NO . Disgusting place .

This particular Dunkin Donuts is okay. It's hit or miss at times. It can be very busy and they usually have only 2 workers. When I see more than 3 people on line I don't bother going in because buying a donut can turn into a 10 minute wait.
