TERRIBLE experience at this Dunkin' which is currently staffed by a bunch of bratty upstart teenagers with zero manners and a lot of gaul. I ordered a simple sandwich, 2 ingredients and they could not even get that right. The sandwich was hard as a rock and when I brought it to their attention, no one apologized nothing. They remade it and it looked like a mess. The drink I ordered which I used my points tasted like sour milk. Gross! I will never return to this place.

I attempted to use the national teacher appreciation day promotion and they told me they would not honor it because their manager told them not to. Joke's on them though because I contacted corporate, who gave me a free gift card.. I will be using any and all free gift cards at this location going forward since the manager likes to be cheap. I will not spend a dime at this location.
