Management at this particular Dunkin Donuts location is very rude. I attempted to use the teacher appreciation day promotion and they told me they would not honor it because their manager told them not to. I will not be spending any money at this location now.

I attempted to use the teacher appreciation day promotion at this location and was told that they would not honor it because the manager refused to participate. They were the only local location I know of who refused to participate in the promotion. I'll no longer be spending money at this location and will instead go to locations who value educators and promoting customer relations.

Rude beyond rude. I ordered from the drive thru yesterday. When i picked up my order at the window, the coffee was not made as i requested. When i asked her to fix the coffee, she was not happy and had an attitude, funny considering they made the coffee incorrect. Once i drove away. I realized the food was incorrect. I went back threw the drive thru, and once they realized I returned, the guy made a huffing sound like I annoyed him. Then I went back to the window, and as this girl handed me the correct item, she had the nerve to say to the guy how rude we were. She said it loud enough for us to hear that, plus whatever else she was saying about us. The only people who were rude were the two of them. Terrible service. Especially they were the ones who gave us the incorrect items. I think people who behave like that should not be working with customers. Maybe instead of them talking about the customers, they should be trained not to treat people like crap. If I could give them a 0, I would they were not worthy of 1 star. Shameful.

Not a bad spot. I go there very early so everything is always very fresh. The staff is friendly and they move quickly when taking and making orders.Much appreciated when on the go.

Consistently worse and worse. Just got my order and my coffee was disgusting and had coffee grounds in it. Bagel was burnt and my coworkers bagel wasn’t even toasted. Not sure what the hell is going on here but they need to get their act together.

This location has the most miserable heavy set man taking drive through orders!!! I wish CEO would see how much he hates his job. Quit... or be fired. I won't go here anymore because he is always the one handling drive through. And he is not a pleasant person. I'm sure everyone knows who I'm talking about! Including the employees. He yells at the other employees too because he's so miserable!
