I have been to this location for the past years. I have never had my order wrongToday THE NEW EMPLOYEE DID NOT PUT STICKERS ON THE BAGSTHE WHITE STICKERS ARE TO SHOW WHAT ARE INSIDE THE BAGS. AS SHE HANDED THE BAG TO ME. I SHOULD HAVE OPENED THE BAG TO SEE IF ITs correct. I ordered everything bagle with egg and cheese. But. I got plain bagle. Huge mistake. She ripped me off. Not the young employees who took my order. But, its the older lady I have never seen before who prepared my egg breakfast sandwich and hashbrown.

I’ve been going to this location since high school and now still for college and over the past couple of months the service is not the best they usually miss up my order half of the time I go there one time they ask me if I want something that I didn’t order but say yea sure and then proceed to take 15-20 minutes making me late.Not to mention they one time almost gave me something with coconut while I’m highly allergic to coconut.I constantly repeat myself and clarify what I want and still mess up. Just today the manager I believe made me use money I didn’t want to use my order was $7 I was trying to give her 10 but almost accidentally gave her a 20 because I was half asleep and told her I’ll give her a 10 then makes a terrible excuse and tries to argue with me and sometimes I’m there I see some people have issues too.I go to this location because it’s close to my school when I’m on my way there and don’t have time to get something at home. I’ve had issues with theses people 5 times and it’s unprofessional either get new manager or new employees because I will no longer be running on this dunkin.

Been coming hear nearly every morning for a year. The service has never been good but I continue coming back for the convenience. Not after today, I have spent thousands of dollars here the food comes out wrong on a regular basis the management that comes in is always rude to the staff. The place is garbage and only stays in business due to the location. Spend your money at a local place where they value you as a customer and value your hard earned money, not this ungrateful corporate dump.

This location is very rude and has no customer service at all, there has been plenty of times where i have been ignored and looked over and just today I went into the store and waited well over 5 minutes while another guy of the same race as the people working there walked in and was immediately greeted and served. When i asked will someone be at the counter i was told there was and then waited another 5 minutes and STILL was ignored even though i had been waiting there. They do not make drinks well at all honestly and make for a very hostile experience once you make it aware that you're there. THEY make the franchise look very bad. I wouldn't recommend going here honestly just go to a different store.
