It took 20 minutes to come, my order ready. And my iced coffee, it took a long time to get it. It was horrible service. I don't know what the manager was. The service is horribleāļø i did the one star

Had a coffee, hashbrown, and their bacon this morning. Bacon was too oily (dripping), hashbrowns were soggy and the coffee tasted like soooo bland. Also asked for a coffee sleeve and they told me that they donāt have it.

First and last time coming here. $20 in drinks. 2 for my parents and they werenāt with me so when I bought home their drinks they said they were both sour. Mustāve been made with sour milk. Iāve never felt like I wasted my money at a Dunkin like I did today.

Not letting your customers use the bathroom is bad !!!
I had such a negative experience at this particular Dunkinā Donuts today. Every day I go to Dunkinā Donuts, I do an order for a pick up. This was the first time that I went and did an order for pick up and the people did not make my drink according to the Dunkin app. I explained to the guy and showed him the picture of the drink that I ordered from the Dunkin app and he told me that I had to pay extra for it to look how it is displayed on the photo. So I informed him that that is called for advertisement and he told me that thereās nothing he can do about it that I need to come and speak to his manager in the morning. Then he was getting nasty so I took photos of him. He kept my receipt did not give me a drink and only gave me my donuts and charge me $11 for two strawberry donuts with sprinkles. I am completely taken back by my experience here because I donāt know if itās some type of racism, but it is truly unacceptable.
I went back the next morning and spoke with the manager Sona. She said the same thing as the employee that they do not honor what the description is on the app. That their Dunkinā Donuts has their own rules and regulations. If Iām being quite honest, they do not need to be on the Dunkin app if theyāre not going to honor the franchises, drink drinks and protocols. In my opinion, thereās just a lot of prejudice and racism going on over here. She ended up making my drink as it was supposed to be so Iām happy about that other than that. I am truly upset with this place and I am a loyal customer.

Poor customer service, unsanitary, drive thur messed up my order then served my order to me without a bag, in when I requested the correct drink they gave me an attitude directed me to pull. When I received my hot Carmel latte halfway through it I noticed a damn roach. Like I donāt know if the whipped cream was covering it or what but so fking unhealthy. When I contacted corporate they told me I should receive a response by Thursday š³.

Made an Mobile order, the person couldn't read my name regardless of seeing the mobile app with my name on it. A really small order took 20+ minutes because they forgot it wasn't made. Just standing there... Really weird and off putting.
