Wow stood in line for 5 minutes before any of the 4 people on staff acknowledged me at all, finally was helped by someone who looked absolutely miserable, asked for a cup holder and got flat out ignored. Incredible service thanks.

Stopped by the newly redone dunkin this morning. Ordered a double chocolate donut and a large chocolate shake. Got the wrong donut and the shake was the consistency of milk. Maybe some retraining is needed with the new look. Won't be going back .

NO A/C, every time I walk in it’s always hot and something is broken, first the sandwich station was broken then the espresso machine. I rather stand outside the store than to order from a place treating their employees like slaves.

Went in there today and the manager on duty Kim was extremely rude/hostile and disrespectful when simply asking a question. She has been seen doing the same thing with other workers she screams and belittles them. Management needs to be addressed this is not how you run a company. I will update post if I hear back from this location.

I order a cold brew with less ice and they fill the entire cup with ice. It's such a rip off. When I take the ice out there's barely any drink left. Sometimes they will actually give me less ice but most of the time they don't care and just screw me.
