NO A/C, every time I walk in it’s always hot and something is broken, first the sandwich station was broken then the espresso machine. I rather stand outside the store than to order from a place treating their employees like slaves.

Went in there today and the manager on duty Kim was extremely rude/hostile and disrespectful when simply asking a question. She has been seen doing the same thing with other workers she screams and belittles them. Management needs to be addressed this is not how you run a company. I will update post if I hear back from this location.

I order a cold brew with less ice and they fill the entire cup with ice. It's such a rip off. When I take the ice out there's barely any drink left. Sometimes they will actually give me less ice but most of the time they don't care and just screw me.

It was 9:30 pm when i came in askin for a brown shakin espresso and they said they did not have any .. really messed up my night they only sai they had ice coffee I understand owners want them to clock out on time but how are they going to get customers and good review if they can’t give the customers what they want . Really bummed out 😓
Its sad sometimes you just want to go seat and talk about your life or struggles you have and than guess what? You face a really mean tough barista who aosg yells at you because you went to ask if there's anything they could do to fix or change the drink because it was wayyy to bitter and I was even going to pay any difference but the girl literally yelled at me. She looked somewhat puerto Rican or I don't know from where but she had black hair please tell her to be more nice to people it can ruin someones day

The slowest ever. All staff and 2 cashiers are chatting and not helping the 1 lady making the food despite the long line waiting for their orders. To make it worse the girl at the cashier moved the order of a person she knows ahead of everyone waiting.
