Dunkin'

This place never has a manager working to correct its employees mistakes. I dont understand how you can run a Business without a manager present. The employees are incompetent and argue with after asking for a correction.

So the coffee is good if you tell them to tweak it or fix it. Otherwise it’s bad. The bagels taste like styrofoam, not like the Dunkin bagels I used to remember as a kid. The workers should take their job more seriously and not laugh or make of customers in a different language.

I placed a mobile order for Wicked Munchkins, which were supposed to be assorted. I specifically ordered 10 chocolate munchkins, but I didn’t get a single chocolate one — they were all vanilla. The only thing that was right in my order was the hot chocolate. I feel like I completely wasted my $20 today by going to Dunkin’ Donuts. I also tried calling several times to fix the issue, but no one answered the phone.

Stay away from this place. Around 4 pm, me and my friend ordered 2 medium Strawberry Daydream drinks. Service was slow and it wasted our time, only for the rude old man to hand us something completely different and say, “just try it.” Instead of being honest that they didn’t have what we ordered, he forced a random drink on us. When I went back, he finally admitted, “we don’t have that one, you want mango?” Really? Why not be upfront from the start. His attitude was disgusting, his face showed it, and the service was completely unprofessional. Just because we are younger doesn’t mean you can put anything you want in our drinks. Sorry but This old man should not be here.

The weekend service is terrible - I dont know for the other days because I mostly visit on weekends. Everytimes, they make mistakes on my orders. They really have attention issue, which the manager needs to fix. And, they will argue when you tell them a mistake has been made.

Most of the employees are awesome. Especially the ones who have been there awhile. This new Sunday crew stinks. 2 Sundays in a row they messed up my snackin bacon. They give some regular bland ass bacon and when you try and tell them they look at you like you have 3 heads
