I come here every evening Mon-Fri for my coffee and donut! The Jelly donut is the best! The two guys are all smiles and they are always friendly. The place is clean with no lines.

Was trying to order frozen mocha latte and was waiting in the frozen drink station 7/19/23 @ 5:30pm. At 1st I thought first employee was cleaning and the 2nd employee was serving and taking orders. After 10 minutes waiting the 1st employee WAS making the frozen drinks without any acknowledgement of my presence. The 2nd employee was serving a customer that a sandwich was missing (which was informed it was discontinued). After making her a different sandwich he acknowledged me and I told him of the frozen mocha coffee I wanted to order. He told me I would have to go back on line (behind 4 people) to pay first. Within seconds I left and went to STARBUCKS across the street behind CVS and MARSHALLS. For the same price I got lg.Mocha cookie crumble Frappacino within 5 minutes.6pm.yay...much better.

I had to amend my review cuz I just went to the Dunkin donuts my cup had a spill it was leaking so I asked for a new cup they gave me an attitude and asked me what should we do so that was the worst service I've seen in a long time they didn't even make me a cup of coffee and half of it bleeped out because of them they just poured what was left in a new cup
