I arrived and waited to order a large ice drink, but no one was at the front counter after 1-2 minutes. I requested less ice, but they gave me the standard. They try to rip me off with more ice and less liquid, but they don't follow directions.
They removed some ice and added a little syrup. But they did not make a new one.

Don’t bother ordering ahead. You’re ticket will be there way after you arrive and not touched until you ask for your order.

I visited Dunkin’ and was really disappointed by how hot it was inside. There was no air conditioning, and the place felt uncomfortable to sit in for more than a few minutes. It made the whole experience unpleasant, even though the food and drinks were okay. I hope they fix the AC soon because it’s really not enjoyable in this heat.

Store is very disgusting, outside temperature is 80 degrees inside the store is 101 degrees, employees are sweating and I can see and smell their sweat. Very unhealthy environment. I don’t understand how they serve food in this filthy store!!

The crew at this particular Dunkin are so warm and welcoming. They have great customer service and are spot on with orders 99% of the time. Best Dunkin staff on the island, in my opinion.

Wow, shout out to the Dunkin’ on 3295 Amboy Rd in Staten Island for redefining what a “shaken espresso” is. I ordered one with an extra shot, expecting a bold, energized kickstart to my day. What I got instead was a lovely, chilled cup of… milk. With the faintest whisper of espresso—maybe the shot got shy and hid at the bottom?
When I politely asked for a correction, the employee took it back, gave it a little shimmy in the shaker (because that apparently fixes everything), and poured the same cup of milky disappointment right back into a new cup like it was a magic trick. Ta-da! $8 well spent… on dairy.
Might be time for a refresher on how to make actual coffee—and maybe even a crash course in people skills. Because if sarcasm and confusion were on the menu, they nailed it.
Zero star for misleading advertisement. There is a giant sign that says open 24 hours, but it’s actually closes at 9 or whatever
Always find a way to mess up the order.

During my recent visit to the drive-through, I encountered a significant pothole that caused damage to my vehicle. Despite reporting the incident and requesting that the establishment take responsibility for the damages, they refused to do so. To prevent future incidents and potential legal complications, I suggested that they cover the pothole with plywood as a temporary measure until a permanent solution can be implemented. Unfortunately, my suggestion was not taken into consideration.
