If I could give no stars I would. Manager is a rude man. I saw it with my own EYEZ. Emam was a saint, but the bald megalomaniac really ruined the experience. plus they have fruit flies.

Horrible service. Employees are the worst ever. There are only 2 employees there who are even aware of their surroundings. One is a foreign lady who is always sweet, prompt, and smiling. Gets it. The other is a young man, also a foreigner, who is always going out of his way to be sure everything is correct. The rest of them, forget it.I ordered a Croissant with bacon, egg, and cheese along with my iced coffee. Beverage was fine. The croissant was EMPTY! No bacon, cheese, or eggs!Even though it is close enough to my house to go back, I refuse because they are constantly making mistakes lately. I just won't go back there. For the prices they charge, one would think a simple breakfast sandwich would be easy to make correctly.Don't know what's going on with DD lately but I'm getting tired of it. Starbucks is out of the question for me. Guess I will have a little extra cash in my pocket. Who can't use that today?!

Went here because a friend wanted to go to Dunkin' donuts. Sorry I am not that much of a fan of Dunkin' donuts coffee. But their donuts are good.But they drive through was quick. Coffee was decent. Like I said I'm just not a fan of Dunkin' donuts.

I went into the Dunkin Donuts and ordered two large Caramel Ice Latte’s, and four donuts. I get my order payed and left. On my way home the cups were leaking for one and the donuts that were supposed to be Baverian crème were sugar crème. The order was a disaster. Maybe if the people listen better the orders will be correct.Dietary restrictions: Diabetic auger donuts are not good for Diabetics.

They always mess up my order. Most of the time may forget stuff. Very sloppy and sorry and the staff is not friendly at all.Parking: The parking lot is always a mess cause all over the place blocking entrances and double parked.I have not gone through the drive-thru where they have not messed up my order and I had to get out of the car and go inside to get order fixed. Defeats the purpose of going through the drive-thru.Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible but the door and the walkway are very narrow and the curb is very high. Do not believe there's a way to get up the curb. No curb cut
