Dunkin'

My last two mobile orders this dunkin donuts restaurant has gotten it wrong. I ordered a large and I got a medium. My second order, I asked for my coffee to have milk however I got it black.

Ordered 10ct munchkin and was charge almost a dollar a munchkin. While the app states 10ct is $4-5. When I asked for a receipt, they state that they don’t give out receipts. How is this acceptable.

Go to another Dunkin.This one tolerates violent panhandlers outside.

Absolutely ruined my drink, with horrible service. This is the 5th time they have ruin a drink, wasting both my money and my time. At this point this dunkin should be shut down

Dirty, wet floors, everyone hangs out in the back of the store. And had to make my coffee twice. Wont revisit this place.

Food is halfway decent (don’t expect much from Dunkin to begin with) but the service is horrible. I can’t seem to get my order in under 25 minutes. Even when I mobile order 20 minutes in advance I walk in, they’re hiding all the mobile orders behind the counter and then ignore you when you try to get their attention. Don’t go if you’re trying to get to work, there’s a better one across the street

Iced coffee always tastes watered down
The oven smells like it hasn’t been cleaned in ages

I had had a problem with a mobile order I placed. I politely brought it to their attention and the manager graciously corrected it in a very courteous and kind manner.

I need to get in contact with the area manager or the manager of this location, I went to get coffee at around 9:47pm and the store door was locked there was a staff member that was behind the counter waved at me and said we’re closed even though the store is supposed to close at 10pm not 9:45 not 9:55, 10PM!!!!!! They have no right to lock the door and tell customers from behind the door they’re closed and then ignore them like no one is standing! I have pictures and videos to proof what time I was there! This is unacceptable and I need management to read this!

$5 for 2 stale donuts and then they don't have a working bathroom I won't be going back

I asked them to cut my bagel in half and and they laugh ND roll there eyes. WHO EATS A BAGEL WHOLE ?? SO RUDE THIS PLACE IS UNPROFESSIONAL
