I had had a problem with a mobile order I placed. I politely brought it to their attention and the manager graciously corrected it in a very courteous and kind manner.

I need to get in contact with the area manager or the manager of this location, I went to get coffee at around 9:47pm and the store door was locked there was a staff member that was behind the counter waved at me and said we’re closed even though the store is supposed to close at 10pm not 9:45 not 9:55, 10PM!!!!!! They have no right to lock the door and tell customers from behind the door they’re closed and then ignore them like no one is standing! I have pictures and videos to proof what time I was there! This is unacceptable and I need management to read this!
$5 for 2 stale donuts and then they don't have a working bathroom I won't be going back

Yummm… we were away out of the country for 30 days and there were No Dunkin’s, although the coffee in Europe is delicious, I really did miss my Dunkin
The best dd in Staten Island. I go here everyday before work to get coffee. The employees are the best and the food/coffee is always great.
