Waited on a long line twice and they never have brownies. Very disappointed. Will never go to this location again.

The shop was closed already when I got there at 9:30pm on a Saturday, where it clearly said on Google that it would be open until 10pm. I even called their number to confirm they were open. What a waste of a drive for it to be closed and have wrong information online. Do better!
I love Egger’s! It’s a Staten Island institution, with a bevy of great flavors, super nice staff, and fun sundaes. This location is extra special, since it’s in a handsome little wood house in Historic Richmond Town. I was excited to see specials like lavender honey and cannoli cream (delicious!) alongside the classics. When on Staten Island, Egger’s is an essential stop.

Ice cream galore!!!
Great old-fashioned ice-cream parlor.
Very unreliable working hours: came on Thursday at 1:30, the schedule says it should be open but it was not. Checked the working hours on the website-opening time is 3pm. Waited till 4pm, but still no one showed up.Once came at 7pm and again-the schedule says it must be open(not only in google maps but on the paper in the window as well) but it was closed. It is very frustrating and disappointing. The ice cream is tasty though, a little overpriced.
Been there twice in the last month and walked away. They do not have sugar free ice cream. Both times they had enough vanilla for a small cup. Was told it was the bottom of the bin. Must have been there a mighty long time
Classic Ice cream.

I give it 5 stars because the ice cream is homemade and tasty. I would give a 4.5 because they are a little expensive but I guess everything is now a days. There are times they are extremely busy, so you may have to wait, but the ice cream is so tasty, it's worth it. Love that it is located in Richmond Town so you can walk around while you eat, sit at their tables and get served or sit in the town and enjoy the scenery.
It’s okay good ice cream nothing to brag about just didn’t wow me
Love their ice cream. So many flavors. Love their menu.
Great icecream, very slow service.
