The place is cozy. The food is better than I expected for the price. I just wish the staff knew more English. However, not a big deal because any Spanish restaurant I go to is pretty much the same. Plus allows me to learn Spanish. Lol.Parking is limited to street parking.

They need to work on customer service on the phone. The lady who answered me was rude. She rushed me with my order and she was rude on the phone. Like it was an inconvenience to take my order. She first told me they could deliver my order when I asked for delivery. I was put on hold and they hung up on me. When I called back she told no deliveries. I said ok no problem. I would pick up my food instead. I was being polite the whole time but the lady seemed annoyed that I even called back. The food isn’t too bad. Maybe I’ll just go to the Dominican place on Forest avenue. They’re much nicer even tho they don’t deliver at all.

Was in town picking up a delivery at Pratt. Decided to stop and grab me some spanish food. I tell you this place is absolutely amazing. The food was so delicious. I got yellow rice and beans with some perni. Yes Pork. Wow it was to die for. The service from the ladies was outstanding and there so polite. Great service. ? I definitely be back to this little jem. I loved it. I give this place 10 stats if I could. Because I'm Puerto rican and I know what good spanish food is. So I ordered to go as usually I do and for the 2nd time they forgot something in my order and I order a lot of food then I open my pernil and it was like a half order they food was not as good as it used to be so I am now done with this place for good they have no order in this place everyone is always into everything that's going on and it's just a mess now they prices went up and food got smaller ..DONE!

I understand that prices are high in today's economy, we pay more but don't cut on the food too Spanish food is cheap and you get more for your money but not this place sorry but you lost a good customer. I did a order for delivery and was sent the wrong food had to wait for two hours for my correct order. This place needs a better management.

This place was good at one time now they are cheap with everything. I had a roast pork sandwich and it had more lettuce and tomatoes then pork poor service. Also had made a order for delivery gave me someone else's order had to wait over three hours. This place needs a new management because it's being run down sorry but it's all true taking my business elsewhere.
