I'm very confused to why my Chicken rice soup can get extra bock choy or any bock choy. They refuse to add it unless I buy a side order. Let me know why.

Empire East is hands down my favorite Chinese food spot so far! Yes, it’s a bit on the pricier side, but totally worth it—you can really taste the quality in every dish.

I usually go for the General Tso’s with vegetable fried rice or white rice, or sometimes chicken and broccoli. Every time, the food is rich, clean, and full of flavor.

They’re super fast with preparing orders and delivery, and the staff is always respectful and professional.

I haven’t dined in yet—I’ve always ordered takeout or delivery—but they’ve never disappointed. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality Chinese food!

Prices seem to go up every couple of months. Very expensive and quality not as good as it use to be. Portions are smaller.

Food is good but a little pricey.

For Chinese food is expensive.
Quality is bad. I’m sure the use other animals to replace the chicken. Had to throw the food out within the second bite. Very disappointed

You can always expect a great meal here. The staff is friendly, and if you eat in, the tables are clean. Some other recent reviewers complained about the "high" prices, but I think the prices are reasonable. (I cannot think of any restaurant (or any other business, for that matter) where prices have not gone up). Highly recommended.

Mediocre overpriced food you can get in any hole in the wall Chinese restaurant in NYC, rude counter service that screws up your order. The only thing I'll give them is it was clean but otherwise I'm never coming back
