Excellent Chinese food! Their eggrolls and sesame chicken are top tier.
Fresh food 🥘 good taste. No more no more oily and hot food. I try mixed vegetables and white rice.
This place went from one of my favorites to now never will I order again.
Prices are ridiculously high for what you get, imagine a combo is $17.
I ordered a large shredded beef, got home and 3/4 of the order was celery and peppers. If there was 1/3 cup of beef there was a lot. The sauce was so thick as if it was all cornstarch.
There are too many better Chinese places in Staten Island to be ordering from this one.
Always fresh!! Always professional!!! always fast delivery. 5stars always. he very best!!

Food poisoning from this location & Forest Ave Giving up Chinese food completely after this place.
I’ve ordered from Empire East for years, and their BBQ spare ribs never disappoint—tender, smoky, and with just the right amount of glaze. The Kung Pao chicken is my go-to: crispy veggies, perfectly spicy, and never soggy. What keeps me coming back? The staff always recognizes me (shoutout to the friendly folks at the counter!
Lmao the prices here are INSANE

Their food is pretty good. However, it's very inconvenient when ordering online for delivery for two reasons. One, they do not accept credit card. I would definitely order much more frequent if they do.
Secondly, they always charge more than the price shown online when they arrive, every single time, this is false advertising and it's annoying especially it's cash only.

I visited your restaurant yesterday and ordered two all-day combos (sesame chicken and General Tso's chicken), shrimp fried wontons, a side of mixed vegetables (sauce on the side), and a seltzer. The total came to $66, which was much higher than expected. After reviewing the receipt, I noticed that the shrimp wonton appetizer was $14.95, and I was charged an additional $1.50 for each extra sauce. I also upgraded my combos to chicken fried rice and vegetable fried rice instead of pork.
Unfortunately, the food was inedible. The chicken tasted like it was fried in old oil, and some pieces, although white, tasted like old meat. I’ve eaten here once before and had a decent experience, which is why I returned. However, this time my family refused to eat the food and even asked me to get a refund, which I might consider doing.
The only positive aspect of my visit was the friendly service from the woman who took my order. I’m sharing this feedback in the hope that it will lead to improvements, as I’m now reconsidering whether to return or leave a review to inform others.

I've been searching for a good chinese restaurant since I've moved to Staten Island. Empire East is the only good place I've found. The food is hot, fresh, and tastes great! And they have homemade traditional hot mustard! Those little packets are bunk...

The person who picked up the phone was very very rude. If you act like this you will loose business. She is in a hurry to keep the phone done.
