I ordered Sesame Chicken, Shrimp & Scallop, and Shrimp Dumplings for pickup through DoorDash. At no point did the menu mention that the combo automatically comes with pork fried rice. I do not eat pork for religious reasons, so when I got home and opened the bag, I was extremely disappointed to see pork fried rice included.
I called the restaurant right away, but instead of helping, they were rude, dismissive, and told me to “take it up with DoorDash.” This was completely unprofessional, especially since the menu gave me no chance to choose a different side. I then contacted DoorDash within 15 minutes of receiving my food. The agent assured me that I would get a refund in 24 hours, so I waited. Instead, the next day I received an email asking for photos of the food—something they never mentioned in the original conversation. By then, the food had already been thrown away because it was inedible to me. No one keeps unwanted food for 24 hours just in case.
The lack of clear menu labeling, the restaurant’s refusal to take responsibility, and DoorDash’s poor handling of the situation made the whole experience a complete waste of money and time. Between the misleading menu, the rude staff, and the unhelpful delivery support, I would strongly advise avoiding this place. The food was disappointing, the service was terrible, and the way they treat customers is unacceptable.

Our meal was not priced at $38. We received an incorrect order, and the restaurant also claimed responsibility for the error. We were not provided with a receipt until after receiving our food, which prevented us from accurately monitoring our spending. Due to the order mix-up, we were unable to obtain a refund.

Limited seating. The outside glass door is open so they built a wood and plastic enclosure - freezing. Supplies were stacked up 8 ft high, 10 ft wide and almost the depth of our 4-person booth. Mexican menu is good and accommodating. The East Asian menu is still great.
Dietary restrictions: Can't eat cheese, sour cream, or guacamole. Found something with just cheese and they accommodated me.
Parking: Parking was relatively easy due to rain and cold. Most of the customers were take-out.
Wheelchair accessibility: Kind of difficult due to inside enclosure and higher than normal door handle. The order area is also high with the door to take your bag being a possible barrier.

If u are hungry do not order from here..we used to order years ago and stopped because of the long delivery time..they say 40 minutes and and hour and forty minutes later your order comes cold and incomplete..then when u call to tell them they say it will be right over and another hour later it finally comes..the food maybe good ..when u get it hot and complete ..but dont count on it..gave them a second chance and the same old story..i will stick with island gardens delivery..they day 30 minutes and come in 15...

When I say, I am completely upset, how the delivery driver treated me today. I ordered food and I paid with a card usually they give you a receipt where you sign and give a tip. The guy hands me the bag with no receipt. I begin to put the back down with the door open to look for the receipt. The delivery driver, then tries to snatch my food that I paid for out of my hand and tells me where is his tip. I then proceeded to ask him not to touch the food that I paid for and don’t touch me. Usually, they hand you the receipt to sign and give them a tip. In this case they did over your driver was out of line. If he would have touched me again, I would have called the cops and press charges. They need to work on getting better delivery drivers and people that are not rude.
