The Singapore Mei Fun was SOOOOOOOOO GOOD. Spicy and dry (in a good way) — so many other SMF have really wet noodles and almost no curry powder. This was really really good. I ate it so fast I forgot to take a photo lol. I guess the one thing I could say is there wasn’t a lot of shrimp, but whatever — other places have wet noodles and tons of shrimp, I’d rather have really awesome noodles and few shrimp.The shredded pork in garlic sauce was also really good.
