I had my 30th birthday party this past weekend, and from start to finish, the experience was absolutely amazing! The staff was incredibly accommodating and made sure everything went smoothly. From helping with the initial booking to ensuring everyone and everything was well taken care of on the night, they truly went above and beyond. My guests and I had an unforgettable time, and I couldn’t have asked for a better venue to celebrate The entire team at Eve Ultra Lounge was fantastic but the maitre’d Krystina went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. She was so professional, organized, and attentive to every detail. I couldn’t have asked for a better person, she was incredible.

On 9/7/24 we had our daughter's Sweet 16 at Eve Ultra Lounge. What an amazing party! It was everything we wanted it to be and more. From the music, food, decor, and amazing staff. It was so easy working with Brian and Giancarlo. And emcee Manny and Maitre D' Krystina were so kind and amazing, taking care of our guests, making sure we ate, and enjoy ourselves. I HIGHLY recommend Eve Ultra Lounge for any party!

My daughter was lucky enough to have her Sweet 16 at Eve this past weekend. We have gotten to know this staff over the years since we have all of our family parties here. Our daughter, Giuliana is our most prized possession. We knew that Eve was the only choice and the most perfect venue to host this special day. She is part of the management team that allows the client to have the most remarkable experience seamlessly and without worry. She does this with a smile on her face answering all and every concern you might have. Giancarlo and Brian, thank you both from the bottom of our hearts. You made our daughter's dream come true with your gorgeous venue coupled with our vision. Your entire staff go above and beyond to make the guests feel like they are in their own home. I could not put into words how fantastic of a venue Eve was for my Wedding!! Giancarlo promised me from the beginning they would make the wedding planning process as easy as possible and take care of everything. I trusted in him and they delivered beyond every expectation!! Christina was absolutely amazing and delivered the best night of our lives making everything as smooth as possible. Weather forecast for that day had pending thunderstorms that almost cancelled my outdoor ceremony. When I called Christina to let her know we might not have a ceremony she said ABSOLUTELY NOT. She called me back in 20 minutes with a plan B of hosting the ceremony at Eve and found a way to make it all sound seamless. She calmed this brides worst nightmare and gave me the gift of being able to enjoy my wedding morning because she had everything handled. Thankfully, the sun was shining that day! We wanted good food, strong drinks and dancing from start to finish. People were calling me for days that this was the best wedding they have ever been to. The set up of seating in the tent and music inside gave the club vibe we were searching for. It allowed for people of all ages to enjoy themselves from start to finish. Hands down, the best venue on Staten Island to host your next event! Thank you Eve for bringing us the wedding of our dreams!!

Last Sunday, my daughter had her communion party, and I usually don’t write reviews, but I had to this time. Brian and his staff did an outstanding job and were incredibly accommodating to our guests. The venue looked beautiful with their decorations. The food was fantastic—especially the salad, which is usually just a salad, but at Eve, it was perfect. I usually don’t eat seconds on a salad, but I had no choice this time. If I recall correctly, they added apples and cranberries. Every dish was amazing—the steak was perfectly cooked and so tender, and the chicken piccata was great. All my guests raved about the party and mentioned that they would have their future events at Eve Ultra Lounge. Great job!

It’s unbelievable just how “Eve” keeps getting better and better. I have had several parties with Eve but in March we had the last of our daughters “Sweet 16” (we had 4 total). This made 7 plus parties I have held with Eve. They saved the best for last. Jillian waited a long time for this moment. We held the theme of Wizard of Oz in the newly renovated room which set the stage for a fabulous but yet flawless party! As always from the best food, the best staff, amazing Dj . Brian/Krystina/ Giancarlo what can I say thank you for always being so patient with the planning , and amazing accommodations! They had two parties going at the same time that night and they didn’t miss a beat ! It’s the care you put into each of your clients it is truly amazing ! You have made each of our daughters sweet 16 different but yet remarkable ! We thank you from the Lawrence Family ! Five plus star rating !!!
