Sad that I have to give a 1 star review for this restaurant. Made a reservation for mothers day, canceled it because plans changed a day prior, and I was still changed a cancelation fee, even though I called a day prior as requested. I've been trying to get a refund for 2 months now, and every time I call, I'm told there's no manager available or they "can't get in touch with the owner." It's not the staffs fault for poor management, but it's ridiculous that an owner ducks a customer over $50. Sad, because the couple of times I went here the food was great. Now it's "temporarily closed?" What a joke.

Worst brunch ever! Eight dishes and not one was good. My french toast was hard & burned. The pancakes were dry & over cooked. The order was placed & we waited so very long for the food to come out. It wouldn't have been so bad if the food was good, but to wait for subpar food is inexcusable. Terrible is an understatement.

No longer offer their dinner menu. Which is still on their website. Serving brunch only. A little disappointed.

I took my MIL here for an early Mother's Day brunch, and we had a lovely time. The food was delicious and a unique combination. We had the lemon blueberry ricotta pancakes, fig jam French toast, and two bellinis. We had an incredible time and plan to return for lunch with the whole family. Thank you.

We've visited Fig and Vine multiple times and finally decided to bring guests to our brunch spot, apparently that was a mistake. After ordering, it took nearly an hour for the first dishes to come out. I had to ask for updates multiple times, it was so slow, one of our guests blood sugar was starting to get dangerously low.Staff never came around to check on us, they almost seemed annoyed that we were asking for updates. I had to get up from my table and approach the staff to ask because they wouldn't even come around to us. Food took about 50 minutes after ordering to arrive. No apologies from the staff or even acknowledgement of the delays. I get the food timing may not be the wait staff's fault, but maybe communicate something... anything? Ridiculous.Icing on the cake is the mandatory 20% tip for large parties, for what service?

I'm 2 years late with this review, but hey better late than never! Fig & Vine is my favorite brunch spot on Staten Island, hands down. A cute, cozy little gem on New Dorp Lane. 10000% make sure to make reservations ahead of time for brunch. We go Sundays around 11AM and people start rolling in after us so it gets busy for brunch! Such good vibes and cute ambiance. It does get loud when it's a packed house, so just a heads up for people that do not like that kind of vibe.
Drinks, food and staff is an all around A++ in my book.
My favorite dishes to order are the mini quiches (2 different options of quiche, but I liked both so I always order 1 of each), the Tea Tower that has fresh fruit, pastries and mini quiches (perfect for up to 4 people), Truffle Fries, Lobster Benny, Breakfast Tacos and Steak N Egg Benny Flatbread. I haven't tried out the rest of the brunch menu, but a lot of my friends have been here and said everything on the menu is delicious! The bottomless sangria and mimosa option is a must, such a good price for bottomless drinks lol. I love bringing friends here -- it's always such a fun time and even better when the food and drinks are so good!
I haven't tried the dinner menu out yet, but I sure will be back to try it out soon!

Very disappointed quote ahead of schedule. Check the website. Place said that they were open for business. But when I went there, they were closed oddly on a Wednesday night. They need to update the website. I was very disappointed. My brother came in from Texas looking forward to their fig pizza...I Hope they didn't close
Food was amazing, everything we ordered tasted good or better. Highly recommend
Food was not bad but it took almost an hour for our food to come out and when they came out they were not hot. We also had to wait for the fourth entry as they didn’t come out altogether. The restaurant was not too busy at all but seems like everyone has to wait a long time for their food. The service was a bit slow as well and the restaurant was very chilly on a cold fall morning. Overall it was not a very comfortable experience. Probably wouldn’t come back again.

This place is super cute and the food was good. The platter we got was mostly carbs and I wish they would add more protein to it. It was beautifully plated, reminiscent of a hotel. The home fries were cold as well as the truffle fries.
