Tried to book a private event in person. The owner is one of the rudest people I’ve ever met. He had zero manners and paid absolutely no attention to what we were asking. When we asked if we could reserve a room for 25 people (and were willing to pay for all 25 people at that moment, regardless of who showed) he told us he couldn’t promise us the room and we couldn’t take the plates of the no shows home, even if they were paid for. When we tried to meet him half way and ask for half the room but for dividers to be put up, he said we have dividers but we don’t usually use them. Not to mention the one page fine print that’s at the back of the party menus with all the ridiculous up charges. How anyone books a party here is beyond me. If you own a business and want to make money the least you could do is not be so arrogant to your potential customers. When friends and family ask me about this restaurant I’ll make sure to tell them about my experience.

Very nice service and good food. The management is always on top of things and the place looks lovely with flowers everywhere and a hometown feel. On this hot night, we ate appetizers for dinner - stuffed pepper, broccoli rabe with sausage and shrimp cocktail. Good portions. Nicely done
Food was alright. Very expensive. 38 for yellow fin tuna which was cooked well but little flavor. Came with caponata which was good and pesto linguini which was dry, lacked flavor, and was made with improperly cleaned basil (dirt in almost every bite). Apparently they do not have a drink menu or wine menu as they did not ask us if we wanted any beverages (aside from bottled water). Very inattentive wait staff. Food runner clearly does not want to do his job and basically threw a spoonful of parmaggiano onto my fiancé’s pasta. Other waiters literally yelling to the front of house staff from outside (right in front of our table) repeatedly (quite rude) - not our waiter though since we never saw him again since he took our order (except one brief exchange about the food made in passing). My fiancé got the linguini nero which was seriously delicious. I believe the pasta for this dish was fresh and house made and the sauce was excellent. Seafood in her dish all cooked well. For the cost though, the service was not great and the food hit or miss. Unless you are trying to impress a date with a chic, trendy restuarant and high prices, I would not go and I likely will not return. Also, surprisingly few fish dishes for a seafood restaurant.
