Not sure what their noodle soup base made from, I even didn't drink much, just tried a few spoon, my mouth got so dry and blisters at night.

I came to SI from Brooklyn to hang with my friend, we went for lunch. It was completely empty and filled up later when we received our food. We ordered the chicken and beef stir fry, chicken wings, and got complementary hot tea on the side. We dined in and the tea really hit the spot since the first snow flurries of the season appeared that day. I think basic oolong tea, unsweetened. Establishment was neat and clean, not upscale but very tidy. They put on some C-pop music for background music when it filled up. Nice vibe. Food came out fairly quickly. My friend requested hot and sour bamboo shoots in the stir fry which we paid an extra dollar each for but it elevated the taste of the dish. Would 100% recommend. Wings were crispy, noodles were amazing. Great portion and taste for the price point. We ordered bubble tea on our way out too, also great, just your normal bubble tea. They have a lot of options to choose from. 10/10- would recommend and return.

I'm a frequent customer here, sticking to my usual order of pig intestine with golden noodles. The slight spice is what I appreciate, and the consistent quality of the noodle soup keeps me coming back. Since I'm not usually nearby, I rely on Uber Eats for orders. Also, a big fan of the mango pomelo drink with sago--it's a delightful choice.

Not bad, worth the price. I recommend this authentic Guilin rice noodle with some chili oil.

It's not a food. It's waste. Junk. Boiled/fried pork FAT instead of MEAT. Terrible smell. 3 diffrent dishes all in one color and smell like semi truck used oil. I bet they use the same oil without any changes for years.Terrible. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE WHO CARES ABT HEALTH.

This is a small noodle place combined with InCha (tea shop). There are several tables here. It's self service, you order and pay at the counter. The noodles are tasty. The Guilin noodles has the soup on the side. We didn't know it until the order came. The brown sugar bubble milk tea was good. You can adjust the sugar level to make it not too sweet.

Overlly ambitious pricing, under-delievering. Noodles are chopped and beef taste like fabric. Food serving is small and asking for 14 bucks. Time to wake up, you don't have a shop in Manhattan bro

Sit in with no tips required. Different kind of food. Soup noodles and limited rice dishes. Also they have bubbles tea and selling around in 5 bulks.

Ive been to this location couple times and i honestly love it thats the reason why i drove all the way from exit 11 to here to order take out but today the soup noodle i use to order is such a disaster, the beef in my noodle was shredded in to small pieces. The soup was watered-down!! Whats going on ? Need to keep up the food quality !

Wow this place is a gem! Came here for a quick bite after picking up my folks from EWR. Dad was feeling under the weather and wanted some soup. This was our first time here and the crew here were very helpful. I ordered the Guilin Style Rice Noodle & my parents shared the Soft Tofu with Fish Rice Noodle. Both were flavorful. They also have good selection of bobas from Incha. I got the Biscoff biscuit milk tea & Mom got mango pomelo sago. I liked my boba, Mom said hers could use a bit more sugar lol. Also loved the music they were playing! Mostly Keshi's songs I'll definitely come back!
