This is the crappiest store I know. The store clerk has a very bad attitude and is obviously racist.
I love Five Guys. Foods great. Get here all the time. I used to get it more often but it's pricey. Anyways, poor Customer Service. The employee who took my order walked up with his pants hanging down eating a cup of fries and didn't greet the customer (me). Ate his fries the entire time not saying anything until the end asking if I wanted my receipt. Worst experience I've ever had at this location. You guys can do better hiring.

I went in to pick up an order for delivery, made me wait 30 minutes for fries while the order was ready and helped everybody else that came before AND after me. Very disrespectful employee with an attitude and very disgusting, he pulled up his pants and touched the floor with the same gloves that he served food to people. Absolutely worst place.

service is bad and slow, you stand in the line waiting for the cashier to order, they see you but they don't care about you and leave you there for 5 minutes without telling you how long it's gonna take, and the cashier is actually there doing something not so important. Most importantly, the ketchup dispensing jug is full of flying bugs around the nozzle, when I press on the lever, I can see like maybe 50 flies coming out from the nozzle, and after the ketchup is dispensed, they fly back into the hole, SO GROSS, I AM PRETTY SURE THEY NEVER CLEAN IT, I AM DISGUSTED BY THIS !!!
Never coming back they skimp on the fries tragic.
