I love Five Guys. Foods great. Get here all the time. I used to get it more often but it's pricey. Anyways, poor Customer Service. The employee who took my order walked up with his pants hanging down eating a cup of fries and didn't greet the customer (me). Ate his fries the entire time not saying anything until the end asking if I wanted my receipt. Worst experience I've ever had at this location. You guys can do better hiring.

One of the best Five Guys in the NJ/NY area, team has a great attitude and food quality was top tier. Shout out to Vikki in particular for exceptional customer service! Will definitely be coming back! :)

I hadn't been to Five Guys in a while. Always a good burger, but I can't justify the prices. It's rare that I factor cost into my reviews (unless they're surprisingly low), but $48 for 2 burgers, a small fry and 2 small sodas in a fast food restaurant (no table service) was too much.
