As I was passing , I visited this place for the first time . I I ordered a BLT on a plain bagel .The good thing is that the bagel was very good and the employees were friendly.The problem is that although there was plenty of bacon on the sandwich, the bacon tasted old ,chewy and salty. I would rather have a small amount of really good bacon than a large amount of bad bacon.
I was really disappointed but I was able to take the bacon off and still had a pretty good sandwich ,without the bacon ... Maybe it's God's way of telling me to leave the bacon alone. I'm sure my doctor would be pleased.

This was once my favorite Deli, I’ve been a patron of the business for many years! I just called to place an order like I’ve done many times before, and whoever I just spoke to on the phone really shouldn’t work in customer service! When I asked to place an order he had a nasty attitude as if I was bothering him, he took my orders but kept repeating the orders wrong after when I tried to confirm that he got the orders right he hung up. I then called back to confirm if he got the orders right and didn’t just hang up on me after asking a question, then he got more upset and said he has 25 people in the store and it’s busy, now I understand a busy business, but that’s no way to treat a customer! I expressed that to him and he didn’t care, so I cancelled my orders. I’d be a fool to spend money in a place that treats me like that, never again!

This is my go to bagel store.. but something changed when ownership did.. The staff behind the counter doesn't listen to your order. I despise mayo so I would never utter those words. Bit into an egg and cheese slathered in mayo!!!!!! (WHO EATS MAYO WITH HOT EGGS????)This is the third time in two weeks they got something wrong in our order. Think this is the last time.

The honey turkey hero was ON POINT. Super soft bread and he listens when I order. The first store to actually put extra mayo on my sandwich. Mad meat. And the guy behind the counter is nice & friendly !

Love love love their bagels. Some many varieties to choose from and are fresh. I believe they have every type cream you can think of lol. The store is small but the workers are quick.
Bagels, rolls and their sandwiches are delicious. They even have French toast bagel, very good. There prices are good as well. Sandwiches come with a can of soda and chips.

Tried once again to come back to our regular bagel store but it’s just not the same. Barely any spread on any of the bagels with whatever they decided to actually put on all centered in the middle so you get a mouthful of cream cheese in the middle and bare bagel on the edges. Cinnamon raisin lacked any flavor of cinnamon and barely any raisins. Of 4 sandwiches only 1 looked to have a regular amount of spread that I didn’t need to fix myself at home to make sure my bagel was halfway decent. Thought maybe it was a one time thing but clearly more training is necessary if it’s a constant problem among customers. A previous review I left boasted flavor and decent sandwiches but this visit left waaaaaay more to be desired.
