Whenever you order delivery from Franks pizza the condiments are always missing, the calamari is always soggy and rubbery with a pound of salt on it. The calamari and the garlic knots was so salty that me and another family members feet became so swollen that they were unrecognizable two days after eating from here. Last but not least, the delivery driver expects you to come to his car window to pick up the food and then looking like you’re supposed to give him a tip. The tip is to never eat from here unless you want to develop high blood pressure and swollen feet from your meals. Disgusting!

I don't even know why I even called this spot. Should have known better. Not only does my stomach hurt like hell but a bit swollen. The pizza sucked and the burger was from hell. Any food spot in Stapleton sucks( especially the one by the projects)

The food is fresh, the portions are generous, and for Staten Island, the prices are definitely on point. Personally, I’m all about their hot sandwiches and sides. The sautéed spinach? Mozzarella sticks? A+ every time. I did try the spaghetti and meatballs once... wouldn't recommend that one, but hey, nobody’s perfect.
Bottom line: If you’re feeding a family (or just yourself), grab your order and get comfy at home. Trust me, your stomach—and your wallet—will thank you.
I love Frank's Pizza my only issue is they like using old chicken on Pizzza! I always go there for a chicken and vegetable slice and most times the chicken isn't fresh. Sometimes they add fresh chicken and old chicken together which annoys me so much! If I am spending my money please give me what my money's worth is! Other than that the store guys are very friendly and when they use fresh chicken I do enjoy their pizza!
