My co workers introduced me to this place and now I have an addiction. I usually come here for the empanadas and the smoothies and it’s never let me down. I highly recommend the beef, plantain and cheese empanada. The service is great and the food is always fresh. Definitely a great spot in Staten Island if you’re looking for a nice bite to eat.

Absolutely never again. Staff was rude and not welcoming. Talking about their personal business out loud. Waited 20 minutes for avocado toast. We were the only patrons in there. Way over priced. Water on the floor and no one cleaned it up. Tried to give a local small business a chance but it was a let down.

Didn’t eat in the morning, even the salad I had filled me up. The food was perfectly portioned for me, but the food was a little overpriced. Then again, it is technically just accounting for tipping culture. The service was slow since it seems to be family owned. In a sense, it was a nice and dim environment that would make you enjoy the slow experience. Overall, the restaurant was very nice to just sit and not worry about anything.

Everything is made fresh on the spot, the price is not egregious and everyone was super nice and welcoming. This family business is a hidden gem and is super accommodating. I got the purple wrap and it was delicious, the wrap is firm and soft and the meat wasn’t overcooked. We came in on a chill Wednesday and it was pretty quiet. The sweet potato fries are also spot on, the crunch and sweetness is unparalleled. 👌🏻🍗🌯

The food here is quite good, which I appreciate. However, I find it difficult to rate the overall experience more highly due to the atmosphere and service.
On several occasions, the atmosphere has felt tense due to loud personal conversations often involving the owner speaking sharply on the phone or the staff (her children) engaging in casual, disruptive conversations with friends during business hours while not properly acknowledging the customers coming in. This creates an environment that can feel uncomfortable and uninviting for customers. Additionally, the service could benefit from improvement, as interactions with staff have consistently lacked warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness.
It’s unfortunate, because the food has potential, but the overall experience doesn’t make me feel inclined to stay and dine in.

We went in randomly on aonday early afternoon. Staff was polite, place was very cute, small and we ate in. We had steak and eggs and the Greek yogurt with fruit and granola. The Greek yogurt was huge, had to take some home for the next day. Both were delicious and fresh. We also had two smoothies, yummy. Bill was about $45. Would recommend for a quiet, fresh lunch.
