During the pandemic we discovered Fuel Fever and have been ordering from them every since. The food is healthy and delicious and delivered in a timely manner. Anytime I have spoken to the driver or a worker at the location they are extremely courteous and do not rush. I would highly recommend this restaurant. The only negative I could give is a few times recently they’ve had to give me frozen strawberries which I do not like. However considering the pandemic I understand the substitution.

Terrible! Ordered on seamless and never received the food. Over 2 hours of waiting and nothing. I called and they state its on it's way but it was never on its way. The girl on the phone had me on hold for 4+ mins and never returned and ended up hanging up. NEVER AGAIN!

Dont order anything unless it made fresh. I ordered hummus and pitas chips...(loser horn) The pita was hard and stale and the hummus was definitely not fresh. You should only come here for shakes.

My last order from here was through grubhub. I was sent the incorrect wrap. I called up and explained and was told “I'm sorry about that†I was expecting him to tell me they would send what I ordered. So after a few seconds of silence I asked if they can send what I actually ordered. He told me he'd have to charge me. I was a little confused, since it was there mistake, so I explained again it was not my mistake or problem they sent the incorrect item. He then put me on hold as he asked the chef if he can do that. Ultimately I did get what I ordered, but it was just terrible customer service. Mistakes happen, but I shouldn't have to pay for it and have to fight for them to make it right

Shake was decent, however wrap wasn't very good. I found the grilled chicken to be very dry and not very flavorful. Atmosphere was kind of dull also.

The '2' scrambled egg sandwich is all chopped up inside th pita bread even though they serve it with salad ( ? ), which i ddnt even know about, then change th price to a dollar extra after already telling me th price beforehand. Coffee is EXTRA. All for 6.50 ?! I just wanted a place to get my self a littl organized. I could hav found anywhere nearby to do th same for a lot less, had I known beforehand. The people seem to be ok about their waiter service.
I heard about this place for years but never went inside until recently. I must say it was really good, the food was good, service was great, place was clean. The employees who work there are so kind. The shakes in this place are good you must try it, and the food is really good.

I was very disappointed today I usually order all the time sometimes 3x a week but today when I ordered my salad there was a bug in my food I called them immediately and asked for a refund they said they didn't know where the manager was and they weren't going to issue my refund I'm really upset not only are they very expensive they were rude and cold to the fact that they made a mistake and wouldn't take ownership lesson learned I will never order from this location or the one in Brooklyn again!!!!

So time after time we want to have a good experience but it's not so. Once, we ate in and waitied for food for over 45 minutes. I ordered chicken wings and they were the worse wings I've had in my life. Turned out that they were breaded. The waitress had no idea. I wanted to eat gluten free food but that didn't happen. The wings were also covered in fat. Next time, I ordered a Cuban wrap and a side order of sweet potato fries but instead they delivered some chilli fries. Today, we are busy cleaning and decided once again to order from Fuel so called 'healthy place.' Ordered a Cuban wrap for my 5 year old and myself. His and my wrap had rotten lettuce in it. Need I say more? This is our last time giving this place a chance.

Terrible service. I ordered my food for pick up and the lady told me 21 dollars total. I get to pick it up and they tell me 26. No problem I get my acai bowl which was more like a watered down protein shake. With a huge glob of peanut butter not mixed or anything. All in all worst experience ever. If i could have rated it zero stars I surely would have. EAT BETTER IS A THOUSAND TIMES BETTER.
