Disgusting owner I ordered a wrap one day it took them an hour and 30 minutes to deliver to my house and I live two minutes away from their restaurant. The manager told me that they were closed the following day. I went on vacation. I called him back. He told me he couldn’t do nothing because it was two weeks ago and I told him it wasn’t my fault that they were closed the following day when I was available. He was very rude and disgusting and obnoxious on the phone when I called him His staffs are very rude. The delivery man cursed at me because I didn’t give him a tip and had a bad attitude to me. They sell great wraps, but the customer service is terrible. The owner is terrible and their food is cold and soggy.

This is my favorite Diner in Staten Island it's a small little place but the food is really good I would highly recommend I live on the South Shore of Staten Island and I actually drive all the way there when I want to eat it's worth the trip

This cafe is absolutely a hidden gem 💎 ✨️ Went for breakfast on a Wednesday morning and was happy to see the tables filled up by the time we were leaving..Food is as good as a diner. And the service was fast. Great also to see the staff working as a team and the owner personally working and speaking to patrons. Will absolutely be back. They were great!

American grill is what a restaurant should be. Everything on the menu is outstanding. The food is very reasonably priced with a great staff that makes you feel at home. I have eaten there five or six times in the last month or so and every aspect of the meal has been outstanding. I think this will become a mainstay for many Staten Islanders once they give it a try. I implore you not to settle for mediocre diner food when you can consistently enjoy this location with great food, staff, service, and music. Try it and I am sure you will enjoy the experience.
