This was my first time here. The food was great, service fantastic and the price is very reasonable. I will definitely come back and bring my family. I recommend everyone try it.

American grill is what a restaurant should be. Everything on the menu is outstanding. The food is very reasonably priced with a great staff that makes you feel at home. I have eaten there five or six times in the last month or so and every aspect of the meal has been outstanding. I think this will become a mainstay for many Staten Islanders once they give it a try. I implore you not to settle for mediocre diner food when you can consistently enjoy this location with great food, staff, service, and music. Try it and I am sure you will enjoy the experience.

This is the best burger. HANDS DOWN THE BEST BURGER IVE EVER HAD. Incredible fries. I was so overly impressed with this place. I was in the area to pick up a car and my buddy and I stopped in to grab a small bite to eat. Best decision we’ve made in awhile. We both got burgers and were absolutely blown away. It’s been over a week since we stopped in, and all we can think about is this burger. I’m texting my buddy who was picking up that car with me and all that comes up is that burger. The best burger in New York hands down, maybe even in the country. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH

Drove in from Jersey, looking for a quick bite. Was able to grab a before picture of the lunch, but the home made Flan did not last long. Enjoy my left overs! We will definitely be coming back for more!!!

The Gyro was the worst thing I ever tasted, in my 45 years on this earth. The preparation was terrible and the taste was horrible. I washed my hand three times to get that sour Greek smell of my hands, and I only took three bites off the sandwich before I through it away. The cake slice was tiny for $4. I will only order breakfast moving forward. Take that Gyro off the menu. A thought I’ll never forget !

Loved the "Old school " neighborhood atmosphere of this place. Greeted as I entered and seated quickly. Coffee was served quickly and food served faster than expected considering how busy it was. I enjoyed the Mexican omlete very much as it was prepared perfectly with just the right amount of heat from the jalapeños. I will definitely return for the food and nostalgic atmosphere .

Server was super helpful and nice guy with the cat hat and red shirt was so nice and helped me make my burger choice super good burger, recommend the spartan burgers really good price and get you filled up I am a heavy eater and I couldn’t even finish it ,food for my family of five came out in a timely manner,the server gave me a description of the pizza burger and the spartan burger, i definitely recommend this if your looking for a good quick bite.?
Vegetarian options: There is a veggie burger and more super yummy
