My food was delicious. The service was excellent.

I have been ordering from here for years and spend over $45-50…. They give free 2 liter coke when you spend over a certain amount. I called to say they forgot my free 2 liter Coca Cola and the guy was rude to say I need to tell them each time to remind them to send the free 2 liter. I told him I have been a long time customer…. No response from him… he just hung up on me! Effen…bastards!!! Never ordering again. These people just want your money…no customer service or customer retention they don’t care! NEVER WILL I GIVE MY MONEY TO THEM AGAIN!!!

The food here is disgusting and the staff are very rude. The food is oily, not fresh and tastes like garbage. There's alot better Chinese food in Staten island. 0/10

The taste is poor, oily and greasy. Chicken is not only dry to eat, but also very stale. After eating several different kinds of dishes, I feel that the quality can't keep up with the price. If you just want to be full and don't care about taste, you can go to this restaurant. I ordered it from ubereat, so I don't comment on the environment and attitude in the store.

No good! Ordered beef and broccoli with lo mein combination and upon eating something tasted spoiled. On further inspection, something smelled spoiled. Wasn't the meat though.. something smelled off with the lo mein. When returning the dish, they said they couldn't smell anything bad and if it something bad it's usually meat or seafood but the lo mein only had veggies. They offered replacement but that bad taste was still in my mouth and asked for a refund. They offered 2$ back so I told them to keep it and I'll write a review ... Don't eat here.

If I could give it a zero I would , seems like most people that gave it a once star had a similar experience to what I did. They charge my card way more then what the price was in the menu. When I tried asking why they just started screaming and saying how the prices changed. Then he said take it or leave. The service is horrible and rude.

This was my favorite Chinese restaurant ! I loved the boneless spare rib combination plate ! Before i say anything i had the meal a few times to be fair ?! I don’t know what happened to the boneless spareribs full of fat so chewy absolutely no taste to the ribs awful the rice had absolutely not one piece of pork in the rice !! Awful the egg roll didn’t even taste like an egg roll it taste like a mouth Full of cabbage so nasty ?! I’m so disappointing the food just went downhill ! The prices went up ! Sorry to say I’m not going back anytime soon ?

My go to place for Chinese food.Always served hot and fresh -- plus they often throw in a free egg roll and other free food in large orders.Great place to order from.

I ordered through Grubhub and got the food, the restaurant delivered instead of Grubhub. The delivery guy asked for a tip I said I am sorry I don’t have enough for a tip and he gave me attitude for not tipping. It is not anyone’s business why I was not able to tip so I didn’t have to explain anything to the guy but I did apologize. Hour and a half later I get a email from Grubhub stating that an adjustment has been made to my order from Golden Palace. The adjustment was for $3.27 for a tip. I called Grubhub and complained that an unauthorized payment was made and no one contacted me about it. Seems like Golden Palace asked for a tip from Grubhub and Grubhub was suppose to ask me if I authorize it but no one asked me anything and just charged my card without my knowledge. Isn’t charging my card without my authorization illegal with both Golden Palace and Grubhub? Illegal and wrong and Unprofessional and basically stealing! If someone had called and asked me I would have said sure but I don’t need to be forced to tip or pay for anything that I didn’t authorize! It didn’t matter to Golden Palace that I didn’t tip because they were gonna take money from me some way and they did and that is unacceptable. I GIVE ZERO STARS!!!!

First of all in all the years of purchases and I mean decades, for the first time I ordered large ribs, large order of lean roast pork , vegetable mei fun and soup. This was a chewy nightmare, the ribs were full of pockets of oozing fat, the roast pork cha siu, was not the lean tender tenderloin but a fatty loinend where it meets the tenderloin, this was a leather fat un chewable pieces of cross section meat which were all nerves, fat and grizzly the fat out weighted the tough meat. Horrible since covid I've noticed that different chefs have their own versions of the same dish. They are a nice family and I hopefully this was the one in the million lottery loosing ticket. It's not the price it's the quality that keeps the restauranteur alive. Trash should not be a menued item, if quality cannot be sold, then say you're sold out.
