Gong Cha Staten Island Mall

I got a brown sugar milk tea with milk foam. I drank about half of it before noticing a sour clump in my mouth. When I looked at the drink, I saw that the milk foam on top was clearly congealed, indicating it was spoiled. I went back to let them know the milk was bad and asked for a replacement. They gave me another drink, half the original size (as expected since I had already consumed half), but it still contained the SAME spoiled milk. The milk foam was still congealing, with clumps falling into the drink with a sour taste. I immediately tossed the drink after two sips and swore never to return. Just go to Tiger Sugar—it’s worth the trip to Brooklyn or Manhattan.

I come here all the time with my sister, we get the dirty brown sugar milk tea and they get it right all the time. It’s not overwhelming sweet. I recommend it 10/10

I always come to Gongcha at the Staten Island Mall and order the Dirty Brown Sugar Milk Tea—it’s hands down the best drink I’ve ever had! The quality is consistently amazing, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this spot for any bubble tea lover!

Gong Cha Staten Island Mall is the perfect option for an after school drink! I order the Matcha drink all the time, and words cannot describe how calm it makes me feel. Definitely come here especially with friends!

I recently visited Gong Cha and was fortunate to have the guy with glasses serve me. His exceptional service, knowledge, and friendly demeanor enhanced my tea experience. SOLID 5 stars.

The tapioca (Pearl) in the milk tea from this place is the worst compared to all competitors. It's not chewy like it should be. The tapioca was undercooked once you tried to chew it, and it would break down into pieces andyou are literally eating uncooked flours. We went here before (ordered different toppings), and it wasn't that bad. Will there be another chance? Well... may or may not be. There are more choices in the mall for bubble tea, which I would rather go to.
