Gong Cha Staten Island Mall

I recently visited Gong Cha and had a great experience! The drinks were fresh, flavorful, and made exactly how I like them. I ordered a milk tea with boba, and the pearls were perfectly chewy—not too hard or too soft. They also have a lot of options to customize your drink, like sugar level and ice, which I really appreciate.

The staff especially Yini was friendly and efficient, and my order was ready pretty quickly.
Everything was clean and had a nice, welcoming atmosphere.
Will definitely recommend!

Advertised as a felix collaboration, however, on a road trip we went to 2 separate locations. One in spartanburg and another outside of jacksonville , florida. Neither one of them had anything with felix ,no poster, cutout, picture, voice on the kiosk..nothing!! Highly disappointed. won't be back for overpriced bubble tea.

Great place. I tried to order from app, but told location was closed on the app. When I went there they were open.

I ordered their brown sugar milk tea, and it was a complete waste of money. The taste was so bad, like plain water, that I had to throw it in the garbage. I’ve never had such terrible bubble tea in my life. The store was extremely bad—there was a huge line of customers, but their stuff wasn’t even ready. They were still making the black pearls while continuously taking more orders. The wait was endless, and after all that, the bubble tea was so awful. Completely wasted my money.

Pretty good. But for an expensive cup of boba why didn’t i get any juice it was legit all boba and i didn’t order extra boba or anything. Other than that very adorable cup for the snoopy surprise.

Why claim to be open till 9PM online and on the website but I get there at 8:03PM I get shamelessly told they’re closed (4 employees were hanging around doing nothing and I started ordering on the tablet put my number in & everything.. it took the only lady actually doing something to tell us they’re closed an hour early *shrugs*) Super disappointed!!

I ordered less ice and I kindly reminded the guy because he filled my entire cup with ice. Then he just poured out all the ice???

I go to this store about at least 5 times a week. I always get a large no ice. Last time I got an extra large. Oddly tonight I ordered an extra large no ice and they said no, they said it has to have ice, I said I dont' like ice and I don't want ice. Why can't I get it without ice? That kinda messed up. Expecially since its like over 8 bucks. Insane, so I guess the customer is not always right at gong cha. just lost a regular customer, not going back again. I'll find something better. have a nice day. I litterally got an extra large a few days ago without ice and it wasn't a problem. my money best spent elsewhere, vote with your dollars people.

I got a brown sugar milk tea with milk foam. I drank about half of it before noticing a sour clump in my mouth. When I looked at the drink, I saw that the milk foam on top was clearly congealed, indicating it was spoiled. I went back to let them know the milk was bad and asked for a replacement. They gave me another drink, half the original size (as expected since I had already consumed half), but it still contained the SAME spoiled milk. The milk foam was still congealing, with clumps falling into the drink with a sour taste. I immediately tossed the drink after two sips and swore never to return. Just go to Tiger Sugar—it’s worth the trip to Brooklyn or Manhattan.

Highly recommend the new seasonal drinks, we come here a lot!!!
