Gongcha inside Staten Island Mall. The drinks can be a hit or miss but the 3J Milk Tea is my favorite. Recommend getting light sugar if you dont like your drinks super sweet. The place is usually busy and takes a while for them to prepare my drink.

The tapioca (Pearl) in the milk tea from this place is the worst compared to all competitors. It's not chewy like it should be. The tapioca was undercooked once you tried to chew it, and it would break down into pieces andyou are literally eating uncooked flours. We went here before (ordered different toppings), and it wasn't that bad. Will there be another chance? Well... may or may not be. There are more choices in the mall for bubble tea, which I would rather go to.
