The owner began making my food without mentioning it was cash only. When I went to pay by card and realized the sign, I acknowledged it — but instead of being understanding, he got aggressive and sarcastic, saying “You want me to go to the ATM for you?” and laughing in a rude, condescending way. Completely unprofessional and unnecessarily hostile. I won’t be returning, and I strongly suggest others take their business elsewhere.

I’m actually confused about some of these reviews because this man has been very kind and professional anytime me and my friends have gotten food from him. Not to mention the lamb is amazing, way better than most halal trucks on Staten Island. Thank you for feeding us with affordable and delicious food!

I just went to the halal truck on Bay Street and the man was all smiles and pleasant as can be. Got home and the food was hot and delicious. Excellent value for the price and freshness in every bite. Will be going back for sure:)
