I got the clay pot rice with spare ribs and chicken which was really good. The spare ribs were on the saltier side and the chicken was more mild so it brought a good balance. I also got the Hong Kong style lemon tea which was also really good. 10/10 would recommend and come

Awesome authentic clay pot rice dish. Read the 1 star review and laughed cause they don't know what clay pot rice is and gave it a 1 star for that.

Max is very friendly and kind, making the dining and transaction process very fluid and smooth. The seating area is not that large for it's a small hole in the wall, but it's spacious enough to provide a comfortable dining experience! The food is extremely reasonably priced and both the quantity and quality of the food is exceptional! They are known for their authentic Cantonese Ricepot dishes and you can freely select up to whichever three ingredients you'd like for a very reasonable price of around 15 dollars. My favorite is definitely the eel and Chinese sausage, but there's so many other selections that I'd like to try next time I go back, and I will definitely go back because it was delicious! Although it came in a foil container instead of the pot since I ordered it to go, it was still nonetheless very tasty and my family enjoyed it; I bet it would taste even more phenomenal when we get the chance to dine in!Thank you for reading and best of luck! (:

When it first opened up I didn’t think much of it. Then months later I went in with my wife and daughter. Oh my goodness. The food was so good. I would think it was free range chicken because the breast is not tender no fats and full of muscle. That’s how a free range taste like, healthy. For those who have no idea what’s clay pot rice. If those ordered the smoked meat, the bottom supposed to be greasy and crunchy. Super good food. I would go there 3 times a week.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to try some authentic but affordable Chinese food. Regardless of your race/ethnicity, you will love the food here. This is an authentic Cantonese restaurant and you can have some of the less-seen Cantonese dishes here (like Clay pot rice). They offer some other dishes but I only tried the clay pot rice because this is so authentic and delicious. And the price is also beautiful, you can get full with under $20 per person, which is quite impressive under the inflation background. The service is also good, it's a small, family-owned restaurant so there isn't too many table inside and everyone can get properly served. However, the space is a little bit compact and it will get crowded when the restaurant meet its capacity. But I don't think this is a major issue considering the scale of the business.

Authentic Chinese/Hong Kong food!!! Everything was delicious ???Id say ignore the bad reviews because those ppl probably never had such authentic Chinese clay pots before. The French toast with peanut butter inside and condense milk drizzled outside were one of the best I’ve had. We will def be back to try more next time!

Amazing food. Simple and delicious!! Hong Kong style. The mother and father do the cooking. Apparently the people that gave a bad review never had authentic food.

Went there today for the first time. Food was terrible. The pork was overcooked, tough and very fatty. The rice was scraped from the bottom of the pan and it was very oily. There was was no flavor to the food at all. Very, very dissapointed. Will never go there again.

We heard about this place so decided to try it out. It is a small restaurant with 4 tables. This place is good with clay pot rice. The staff is friendly and service is good. We ordered a couple of dishes and it came pretty fast. The quality of the food is very good. I would recommend this place and would come back here again. Definitely try different foods.

One of my coworkers recommended this place to me. I went in and placed my order and let him know that I would be in my car waiting . I also said to let me know when the order would be ready. I soon found out he forgot about my order. Then when I went back in that’s when he remembered my order, two minutes later my order was ready. The Bag felt light for 30 dollars. I tried the food and it tasted like the soap they wash their pots with. I was hoping it would be great.

Perfectly done rice. Eel, pork knuckle, spare ribs were very good. The meat loaf was not fatty enough for me and also did not have enough salty fish taste. I ordered smoked pork but I'm not sure it was there. Milk tea and fried chicken wings were pretty good as well. Glad to have this addition to Staten Island!
