Very expensive, stale bagel even at 7am, $3.25 for a buttered bagel is pretty bad, but $3.50 for a 20oz coffee is even worse.

Bagels are hard as a rock and the lady gave me the wrong order aswell. Throwing them ALL out . If I threw the bagel at someone’s head it’d be considered assault that’s how hard they are .

Horrible paid $7 for egg and cheese on a bagel. Wasn't worth the trip nor the money. Should of just went to Dunkin. The bagel isn't worth mentioning. Very nice workers.

Very crowded, slow to serve, doing to much and forgetting orders made, and very pricey for just coffee and breakfast. The wait time for me was at least 20 minutes. People who came after me with a bigger order got served first, my 1 egg sandwich and Ice coffee, awhile. Never again !!!.

Best bagels in NYC! No exaggeration. (This is coming from an uptight biotch who used to live in the West Village). This is the real deal, folks. My go-to are the various everything bagels: normal, egg or whole wheat. I typically pick up a tub of the white fish salad. For sweets: head directly to the chocolate ruggeleh and do not pass go :-) Skip the other ruggeleh flavors, chocolate is where it’s at.

This is an authentic Staten Island bagel experience and me and my family have been going here for 40 years.

I’ve watched people try to order bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches. This place is Kosher-style so there’s no meat. You can go to Nome Deli for that. This place is all about the bagels.

Great bagel store. This is my favorite bagel spot on the island. It is right on Richmond Avenue near Trader Joe’s. Service is speedy and efficient. Their bagels are on point. Go. Pick whatever. You’ll be pleased.
