I guess there’s a lot of people to feed Staten Island. But they’re definitely better places to eat the bagel if you want to.

This is how a NYC bagel store should look. Their bagels are delicious, and their cream cheeses and salads are perfect. They also sell pumpernickel bagels, which I like.

Heartland Bagels is a delightful gem! From the moment you walk in, the aroma of fresh bagels fills the air, making it impossible to resist. The variety is impressive, with classic favorites and unique flavors that cater to every palate. I especially love their everything bagel, which is always perfectly baked—crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to recommend pairings or toppings. Whether you're stopping by for breakfast or a midday snack, Heartland Bagels never disappoints! Highly recommend giving it a try!

I've been here twice and both times the food has been great, and both times the staff has been less than friendly. I realize that it's busy and people get burned out, but some of them just seem bothered that you're even there ordering food.

Very expensive, stale bagel even at 7am, $3.25 for a buttered bagel is pretty bad, but $3.50 for a 20oz coffee is even worse.

Bagels are hard as a rock and the lady gave me the wrong order aswell. Throwing them ALL out . If I threw the bagel at someone’s head it’d be considered assault that’s how hard they are .

Horrible paid $7 for egg and cheese on a bagel. Wasn't worth the trip nor the money. Should of just went to Dunkin. The bagel isn't worth mentioning. Very nice workers.

Very crowded, slow to serve, doing to much and forgetting orders made, and very pricey for just coffee and breakfast. The wait time for me was at least 20 minutes. People who came after me with a bigger order got served first, my 1 egg sandwich and Ice coffee, awhile. Never again !!!.
