Heartland Bagels 2

Today I went into this bagel store and bought 2 breakfast sandwiches with my girlfriend upon paying at the register a man about mid 50/60s basically cut the line I don’t know if he worked there or just a regular customer but he started saying Derogatory things to her and made her feel uncomfortable bagels and service was good but will not be back, if they let their customers get harassed like that

The people are friendly, and the service is awesome. It's my favorite place to go for breakfast. The homemade donust is the best. My Bavarian cream donut was filled with so much cream! Not just a little in the middle, like dunkin' Donuts.

I brought some Staten Island up to lake George I do it every 2 months or so I bring bagels another bread items and meats and other Italian dishes from montalbano's

This place is a great spot to grab some delicious and fresh sandwiches. I've tried their pastrami sandwich multiple times and it has never disappointed me. The prices are very reasonable and the service quality is good as well. The only thing I wish they had a wider space to accommodate some seating, so I could sit and enjoy my meal. Additionally, although the coffee is flavorful, it tends to be a bit cold for those who prefer it hot.

If you're going to charge over $6 for a bacon egg and cheese on a roll at least put some eggs and bacon In it. What happened to this place? Quality has gone down.

I paid with cash and was asked if I want my change. ( yes it was only a penny ) but it’s my change you don’t ask. You give it to me. Next time I’ll pay with card ……

Although the bagels still taste nice, they’ve gone down considerably in size. Further, check out the barely-there butter. A good bagel with butter should have at least double that they did here.Bagel itself is cooked perfectly and is nice and crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. I’d personally add a bit more salt to the dough but whatever. That’s what the butter is for — oh, wait.Although service is always consistently good, I’m gonna stick to Pio’s in Woodrow Plaza.

If you're hungry for a good bagel and in the area, this is a good choice. The bagels are soft and have good flavor, the chocolate croissant was excellent too. Good bakery.
