This place is pretty consistently delicious and the guy who works there is really nice. They have gluten free ramen which is rare. It’s very delicious!

As a top reviewer who has tried countless ramen spots across NYC and beyond, I can say Hitto Ramen delivers a satisfying experience worth checking out if you’re on Staten Island. The ramen here is the star: the broth is deep and rich with layers of savory flavor that linger, the noodles are fresh with the right chew, and each bowl feels thoughtfully prepared.

The gyoza were crisp with a light, flavorful filling, a solid start to the meal. The pork belly buns were decent , tender pork, soft buns, though not the standout of the night, they still hit the craving. The portions were fair, and prices are reasonable for the quality.

The space is clean and welcoming with a relaxed, neighborhood vibe that makes it easy to settle in and enjoy your meal. Service was quick, friendly, and attentive without hovering, which I appreciate.

It’s clear this is a spot that cares about its food and its customers. Would love to see more variety in appetizers to round out the menu, but overall, Hitto Ramen is a reliable, comforting choice when you want a warm, satisfying meal without the trek into the city. Definitely worth a visit, and I will be back.

Yum Food

The ramen was good, but the portion size was smaller than expected. After eating I was still hungry.

Best Ramen I had in a while. Service was quick. Parking might be an issue during rush hour but worth it.

Tonight was the 1st time we went to Hutton Ramen on Staten Island. The restaurant is located at a busy part of victory blvd so it is hard to find parking.
The restaurant is decent in size. Could seat about 20 pax max.
Menu is simple and easy to find what we want. However the portion is on small side for the price we paid. We asked for extra veggie and it charged us $2. I won’t mind if the portion of veggie is enough but it was only a few strands of cabbages.
I had eel w rice and it came with a soup. The eel was chewy, not crunchy. I finished it anyway but wouldn’t order that dish again.
Overall, it is ok.

Tried the combo at Hitto Ramen and it was absolutely worth it! You get a hearty bowl of ramen packed with flavor, plus a side dish that really completes the meal. The ramen broth is rich and comforting, the noodles have a great bite, and the toppings are fresh and generous. I had the karaage chicken on the side—crispy, juicy, and seasoned just right. Perfect portion, great value, and the service was friendly and fast. Definitely coming back for more!

Great ramen soup, haven’t been to Japanese ramen spot for long time, so decided to give it a try, not too salty on the soup, which is well balanced, great selection of appetizers, and friendly quick service.

This is the best ramen I’ve had in Staten Island. Highly recommend their Osaka Beef, Yuzu Ramen, and Mango Shrimp Salad. The service is great, and they also offer vegetarian options for vegans. It’s a fantastic place!
