The ramen here is the star: the broth is deep and rich with layers of savory flavor that linger, the noodles are fresh with the right chew, and each bowl feels thoughtfully prepared.

Tonight was the 1st time we went to Hutton Ramen on Staten Island. The restaurant is located at a busy part of victory blvd so it is hard to find parking.
The restaurant is decent in size. Could seat about 20 pax max.
Menu is simple and easy to find what we want. However the portion is on small side for the price we paid. We asked for extra veggie and it charged us $2. I won’t mind if the portion of veggie is enough but it was only a few strands of cabbages.

This place is definitely worth stopping by if you're in the area! The food is so good and the staff is super friendly. The broth of this ramen is one of the best I've had.
