I would recommend because of the food but they have bad customer service. There is nobody who is available for customer concerns and employess are rude and uncooperative. I was a frequent take out customer however I will not go back and I am convinced they dont care and that is not ok with me. The restaurant is always empty and maybe this is why. Small business need to value their everyday customer.

Ordered on my lunch time, location shows open at 11:30 so I go to pick up my order. When I arrive the place is completely closed. I’m confused because I ordered online and it completely went through. I see they have a victory blvd location so I call there and I’m told the Hylan blvd doesn’t open until 1pm. Well that doesn’t work for me so I ask for a refund and they said they will take care of it. It’s been 3 weeks and I still haven’t received my $45.

We have been here multiple times and not once has it disappointed us! By far the best ramen on the island!!! 10/10 would recommend!!! Definitely going to keep coming back!!!
I love this place! Ramen is amazing, and they kindly change broth for me because I don't eat pork. I tried the mango salad with shrimps as well, and that sauce is unbelievable!The place is really nice and bright. Servants are always here and ready for your request!Totally recommended!

My wife and I had an amazing dinner out at this authentic Japanese Ramen Noodle place.I had the Osaka Beef Ramen, it was perfect. My wife got the Vegetable Ramen, she really liked it too. Our appetizer Edamame was really good too! And I don't normally eat green vegetables like edamame. FYI make sure you know how to eat with chopsticks, it is worth it to know for the experience.

Went there for Sunday brunch. Karaage chicken was so delicious with the spicy mayo sauce. Pork Gyoza is tasty too. I also ordered a miso ramen. Some miso ramen are quite salty but this one is not. Their ice tea is pretty refreshing as well. ( I ordered lychee rose ice tea)I will come back and try more.
